Super cool staff, extremely accommodating, and friendly. Ice-Cream was great too, they don't mess up orders like other fast food locations.

Horrible customer service. Our blizzard was not made correctly and tasted completely incorrect. I asked kindly if they could remake it and they said I needed to buy another one and that their employees don’t make mistakes. Seems strange to me that it’s such a big deal to remake an order for a customer. Will not be returning.
I don't normally go out of my way to write something negative but the lady in the front a few days ago was very rude and unprofessional I was missing an ice cream for my kid and she told me I didn't order it which I did but whatever I asked if I could just get one fully being okay with paying for it that doesn't bother me one bit but she got a snappy attitude and told me "maybe I should speak up next time so I don't get free ice-cream" ?? Doesn't even make sense I didn't want free ice-cream....
I have been a long time customer of Dairy Queen for 30 years. I moved from Texas to Colorado and expected the same service. The employee that took my phone call earlier today was rude. I simply asked where are they located and his phone skills were terrible for someone that represents a company. I immediately thought maybe it's super busy and he is stressed etc so I didn't think much of it. I arrived about 7 minutes later and the restaurant was empty, not one customer which should have been a sign not to walk in. I walked up to the counter and I could already suspect that this was the same person I spoke with greeting me at the counter. He wasn't pleasant. For a young man to represent such a well known establishment needs to learn personal skills. I had thought I paid for the birthday cake on-line and his response was just very rude. I let him know that he was rude and he responded with "ok". I strongly suggest you send this young man to training to learn the art of how to speak with people. I don't want to publicly say his name as I want to respect the fact that he may have other things going on his life that may not be going so well so I actually feel remorse for him. I'm going to do my best to not allow this unpleasant experience ruin my sons birthday today. I wish you and your staff nothing but the best and hope customer service training is in your future.
Always busy but it was clean fully stocked with cakes and frozen dessert. Staff was friendly with customers and orders came out on time and great.
Staff was friendly and made our treats correctly which unfortunately cannot be said about the one on Colorado. Will be going further for friendly faces and tasty treats more often.
worst dairy queen I've ever been to. I was mistreated by the staff. the employees were arguing with me and when I tried calling to speak with the manager they didn't hand the phone over and continued to act like they couldn't hear me. such an awful place.
Always good service and quality. Haven't tried those hot food.
