I ordered the Culvers delux, fries, and a chocolate shake. I really enjoyed my food and wished we had one closer to me. I though in n out service was good but this place is a step up for sure. The food was great too ... my favorite was the shake, the burger was great too, the fries i though were a little forgettable. Great first impression
Been to many Culver’s and most of the time I’ve loved it. I don’t know if they had a bad day, but today my experience was very disappointing. We waited longer than usual and for good food that’s ok, but for bad food not so much. Every one of our orders was incorrect in at least one way. The bread on the burgers were stale, the fries didn’t have one grain of salt to go between them. Usually the fries are excellent. As well as the cheese curds lacked any flavor whatsoever. And worst of all was the chicken sandwich. It was missing one of its buns and in place of it was a lone French fry. Hopefully my next Culver’s experience will be better.
Culver's is really kind of Meh.. taste wise it was good. Not really super exciting. The double burger is basically one patty cut in two and smashed paper thin to where the edges get crispy and don't taste much of beef. They seemed to be struggling keeping up with the busy drive through and the food took a lot longer than expected.
It is always good to eat there. I get the 3 fish dinner and it is the best. I recommend trying it you will have a new favorite place.You order your food at the counter and they give you a number to put on the table. Then they bring your food to you it is great.
Food is on par for the franchise average. Staff is prompt and friendly. Their drive-through is fairly well optimized for high traffic they get.That said, they are a popular place, and though they move fast, expect things like the dining room to be fairly crowded.
I can't say anything wrong about the place. The staff was nice, the place was clean - but there is something off about the food. I mean, it was all fresh and such, but it didn't feel like the same 'tastes' I get in Wisconsin. Perhaps it's just me, but the cheese curds didn't taste the same, and the butter burger was super salty for my taste. Perhaps it's been too long. But I will say, the Staff was polite, thorough, and friendly, my order was accurate. I dined in, because the line to the drive-thru was insane. Good for them, being busy, but that also meant it took about 10 minutes to get my food. Not sure if that's normal.Overall, it seemed like everyone enjoyed it, but it's not the right pallette for me. I would say it's definitely worth a try and see if you like the food - because the service and prices are worth it.
Before I bash the horrible quality of their food, let me just say that the employees are super friendly and very courteous and I think they are doing their jobs exactly as they should to the best of their ability and they are probably doing a good job. My issue is with the food, almost completely tasteless and much of it was fried and tasted like it. If this kind of food is what you consider comfort food, you are not going to live past 70, if you even make it to that age. This greasy tasteless food will kill you faster than your grandparents tasteless greasy food ever did. This is just my humble opinion, I have been there three times now to try different options and was disappointed all three times.
Value meals were delicious. Bought a couple pints to take home for later and there is barely any toppings in them. What a bummer and a waste of money
Butter burger is the best!! But the workers need to know the difference between the butter burger and cheese burger. Last two times I have went I've gotten an original cheeseburger. Instead of the butter burger. Big difference to me
Such a bad experience tonightThere was only 4 cars ahead of us, 3 of which were waiting for their orders and one at the window. Order process went fine, but waited 30 minutes to get 2 Butter Burgers. The 4 people ahead of us and then 6 after us were serviced in a decent amount of time...but we were left sitting there. I finally stopped the young lady as she was delivering to yet another customer to ask about my order. No explanation finally got order but was left with a very bad impression.
