Maybe this is something common to ice cream in America... but real ice cream doesn't come in bright neon colours, and doesn't taste so sweet as to be sickly. The ice cream here is very clearly stuffed full of artificial colours and sweeteners (I'm guessing high-fructose corn syrup since that seems to be in everything sweet in this country). Again, maybe this is an American thing, but if you've had real ice cream, you'll know it shouldn't look and taste like this.

I don’t rate food industry but here we go. Absolutely horrible. I got it delivered and was a shake by the time I got it and wasn’t a complete order, that I had ordered. Literally right up the street. Yes I use Grubhub but for it to take over an hour to get to me. Was absolutely ridiculous. What was 20 mins took way way to long to get to me and delayed several times. I got my money back thanks to Grubhub but will not order from here again. I do order ice cream a lot but this was seriously the worst experience. Never again! Sorry not sorry!
Got a cake batter batter batter and there was only mix ins in about half of it. I counted 2 pieces (bites) of cookie dough and the brownie wasn’t mixed in at all. It was kind of sprinkled on top and then there was none in the bottom half. I basically got half of a cake batter batter batter but paid for a full one. First bad experience at cold stone.
This Cold Stone location is the best! My ice cream is always delicious and made perfectly. The cakes are outstanding too! The customer service is great and there are always plenty of staff to get ice cream orders made quickly. I wouldn’t get ice cream anywhere else!
Online orders come with broken waffle bowls and flat out wrong. In store has major hygiene issues, even heard the staff complain and not wanting to own cleaning up floors because “it’s not my fault” and lack of general ownership. Local mom and pops is probably your best bet

If zero was an option, that would be my answer. Food never got delivered. Second time this has happened. Then to be given attitude by some snotty teenage girl when I call in to inquire is just icing on the cake. Poorly run franchise, ten out of ten would NOT recommend.
Best Ice cream in Colorado hands down! The servers are always friendly and the varieties of ice cream make it where I am always wanting to try new mixes. The location is super clean and can tell extra attention is given to cleanliness. Highly recommend !
Word of warning: be very careful about getting ice cream here. I was an avid fan of this place until my recent experience. I will never go again. Take a look at the accompanying pictures and you’ll see why. I had stopped to get a scoop of coffee ice cream to take home with me and, while I was eating it, I bit down on that jagged piece of plastic. Thankfully, I grabbed it out of my mouth before swallowing. It’s so sharp, it could easily have punctured my esophagus. I called this to the store’s attention via the website. The lackadaisical attitude by the owners was majorly concerning. They complained that they would now have to throw out all their coffee ice cream and went on to say that having to do that didn’t make them happy! I was shocked at their lack of concern for their customer’s safety. They didn’t care if I was okay, let alone offering a refund. After a week of not hearing from them, I had finally had enough and ASKED for a refund. They made me come back to the store and didn’t even bother to show up when I went in. I gave the gal who was working there my card and told her to reach out to me for a better job; no one should have to work in that kind of establishment.
Havent been to cold stone in 11 years and now i remember why, horrible place the ice cream was so mealted it was like a milke shake i asked for a cone and the guy pickes it up it was already melted mixes it more idk why the ice cream is nearly water at this point puts it in the cone i couldnt even it the ice cream outta the cone of how melted it was there was no point for me paying extra for the cone i couldnnt eat the cone cuz the ice cream was liquid horrible place all the ice cream is melted never coming back here again
