Steak and chicken quality has gone down; there are a lot more gristle pieces in both meats. I tried the sofritas and it was a satisfying replacement.

Always big portions if you get a salad bowl! This is a double meat chicken! Ask for a tortilla on the side and make your own. That way you use half of the bowl in the tortilla and can have leftovers for the next day. We always get chicken here.
This used to be my go to location, not anymore. Takeout order included a salad, which I’ve ordered for years now. This salad was just awful. Sparse lettuce, guacamole on top was brown on a large portion as when guacamole gets old, barely any chicken, barely any beans, the thing was a mess. I ate a few bites and threw the rest away. I used to think that any Chipotle could be counted on for fresh and consistent meals, but no longer.
Place was a mess, staff was slow (but courteous), food still tasted good just hope the food prep is cleaner than the front.
Good customer service, clean location, and pretty quick. Extremly low portions though, especially considering the price.Edit: I ordered a bowl from DoorDash. There was BARELY any steak. Look at the picture, almost half the bowl was missing and the lowest portion was specifically the meat...
Horribe place. Don't go here. I orederd online and arrived there 5 min before. I had to wait another 20 min to get mine. They put so little ingredients. Only half bowl was filled. They even missed items that I ordered. Missing lettuce. So frustrating. I am not a person of complaints, but this place is unacceptable! ??
Solid place worth stopping in if you are in the area. First this is a chain restaurant so know that going in. Next is the staff our servers have been great every time.Food was great and the price was even better the last meal we had there. The service is fast as always. The store is mostly busy... But the servers make it their point to serve you as fast as possible. Best Mexican food ever I had.
Online ordering is horrible. The pick up times are not correct and wait times are 15 to 20+ minutes. Quicker to go through the line. The service has definitely gone down hill. Recommend the Orchard location.
I wish I can give less than one star. The employees are horrible I went today and they were so snappy. We asked to get the quesorito and instead of saying something simple like “unfortunately we don’t have that” they said “ there’s a difference between quesadilla and burrito” when we explained what we asked for she interrupted us saying “no we don’t have that we don’t have that,no longer”. At every other location they say they can make it not only that but we literally can see the means where it says they have it. This was the most horrible experience I’ve had. Those workers need to be fired.
I don't know if the employees are told to purposely skimp on the portions or not but it sure seems like it. I ordered this bowl online and a good third of it is empty, lol.
