Overall, deserves 5 stars! Ive never had a bad experience here. The food is always good, and its always packed on local sport team game nights. If you're looking for a huge meal, come here!

I ordered bacon quesadilla with chicken. Not sure what or where the chicken was. The staff was more interested in the table next to us than us. It was a disappointment.
Food was for pick up. Food was brought out 20 minutes past the pick up time. French fries & kids pizza were cold. Lettuce on the hamburger and chicken sandwich was brown. We order Chili's 2x a month. Food is usually pretty good and service has not been an issue previously. Cars were lined up waiting for pick up orders, so they were probably short on help. Think they were just having a bad day. Was very disappointed, but will return....hopefully this was a one time event.
I have had decent food from here if you dine in. But if you door dash anything beware that 85 percent of the time there will be an issue with something. Today I ordered a sirloin steak medium well and when I got it, it was well done on one end and then rare in the middle. The fries also tasted like they have been under a heat lamp for quite sometime. Place has been going downhill in the last year. Very disappointing.
Quick seating, quick food, and always consistently the same delicious dishes. We got the dip trio appetizer, chicken crispers entree, and Cajun chicken pasta entree. We get this everything we visit Chili's. Will say their queso is better than their white queso.
Audriana was the BEST waitress we've had in a very long time. She was attentive, sweet, and on top of things promptly. We were incredibly impressed with her and her service. Thank you tremendously Audriana ? I hope other servers can learn from her awesome ethics of customer service! She is the epitome of customer service and it was extremely refreshing to meet someone who actually embodies true customer service.
They have the same problems every other place has: not enough help. Service was spotty due to lack of help. Wanted burgers cooked thouroughly as per food safety protocols but burger patties almost crispy and dried out. Fallacy that no pink requires extra 10 minutes on grill was embraced by cooking staff. Food was served late and piecemeal to satisfy the request for properly cooked food. (someone forgot to make sure there were fries being prepared). Food was good.Because this place is our neighborhood stalwart, will go back again and , hopefully, receive better service.

Had a wonderful experience at this location! We always sit in the bar area. I love their Coconut Rum Margarita! Ribs and Brisket Quesadillas as well as the Veggie burger were all really good. Dory our server was very friendly and made us feel at home. Will definitely be back in the near future!
