I wish I could say there were more fries in the bottom of the bag or that I ate some on my way home, but this is exactly what I received tonight in the drive thru for my medium fry and I didn't realize it until I got home and sat down to eat. I know they've cut back on portion sizes over the years, but this is really pathetic. I would have just given feedback in a survey but I didn't receive a receipt for that to be a potential either.
Picked up a graduation catering order. It was completed on time even though I arrived early.Staff was extra friendly and helpful. I was asked a few times if I had been helped and I could tell my order was being quickly addressed as I waited.I recommend this location.
I mean, what Chick-fil-A restaurant isn't super busy because the food is so good! This place is no exception. They're super busy but they handle the volume of people very well.

The young lady working the drive thru was very efficient, kind and also very thoughtful. Offered additional items as she saw the need arose. Chick-fil-A has it on lock. Positive experience as expected!
The food was fine, but it’s 20 degrees out!! Why are they outside? Their hands are red and cold. There’s a heater, but with a line of cars, how can they go warm up by it? Poor things. Person who took my order was great, but clearly freezing! I try not to think of corporations like monsters, but a business should be more caring if the humans there!
We ordered chicken noodle soup and they did not put the lid on all the way and put it in the same bag as all the rest of our food so it was an absolute mess when we took everything out. The paper was stuck on the straw, the cardboard and bag was soggy, and the nuggets were covered in soup. The fries were also only half full. The food itself tasted good but it was not a great experience.
Honestly, I always come here and whenever I have an issue, I get assistance right away. The staff is kind. I recently made an order and they forgot my sandwich. I contacted chick fil a customer service and immediately got a call back and email with an apology and a coupon stating they would make it right. Honestly this is why I keep coming back! Rachel is amazing and kind and I appreciate the entire staff for the hard work they do and the kindness they have. Thanks again!
My order was a regular chicken sandwich with extra pickles. I got a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles. Guess I’ll eat something else for dinner, thanks Chik fil a ?
My Husband and my self eat at this Chick-fil-A sometimes as often as 4 times a week!! The food is delicious and the Employees Are Wonderful!! We have our favorites that take our orders all the time but the Restraunt itself and other employees always treat us so well!!! GOTTA LOVE CHIC-FIL-A!!!!
