Really good food. A little challenging to hear the employees behind the counter when ordering, but that really is my only complaint. Restaurant was clean, beverage choice was excellent. Think Mad Greens, but Greek genre. Will definitely return.
The last two times I ordered a “pita” it was super hard or stale.. as in I could not even bite into it. Wish they would use a higher quality pita. I’m avoiding this place for now.. if I go again I’ll order a bowl and go to the grocery store to grab some quality pita. Ridiculous!
Cava is delicious, healthy, and each meal is highly customizable (think Mediterranean Chipotle). There's a large selection of fresh ingredients and it's easy to make both vegetarian and vegan meals with their rice, lentils, falafel and roasted veggies. It's usually my go to for a healthy, quick meal, and up until my last few visits would be a 5-star restaurant. However, the last few visits the portion sizes have decreased (half scoop of rice, small pinch of greens), they've omitted my pitas twice, and the wait time during prime time is really long. (There's often only one person on the line making bowls and they, understandably, seem burnt out and a little frazzled.) Prices are up everywhere, so it makes sense they've gotten more expensive here too, but between the higher prices and the reduced portion sizes, my visits going forward are going to be fewer and farther between.
My daughter and I went to CAVA for dinner after an MRI procedure I had. Neither one of us had ever experienced a CAVA restaurant before. We both were so impressed with the food and the atmosphere. The Pita bread is outstanding. I've personally told several people about our experience. We anticipate going back very soon. The food is awesome and very good for the body which is a rare combination ?

Loved this place when it first opened. Food was fresh and bowls were a decent size serving for the cost. The last 2 times of been the bowls have been half full or less. Not paying $13 for half the original amount
Bowl came half empty, peta chips Burt and cold and peta bread was also cold. If I’m paying $30 for a meal I should be getting better quality I’m very upset about my bowl which by itself is $10 unacceptable
Wow what a crazy experience tonight. So we go at least twice a month to Cava’s. Sometimes we go in and bring home, tonight since it was 7 people ordering we ordered online. We open the bowls up and they were half full. So I call and ask for a manager. That’s when it got a bit ridiculous. He stated yep that is just how it is. Come in and tell them what you want they will give you a full bowl of food (Just like the pictures on the website). If you order online they are trained to make it between 1/2 and 2/3 full. The manager said the pictures online were just for show. No consistency. He never apologized, just how they do it. One thing with the prices you shouldn’t short change the customer. Covid will soon be gone and we will have many more options.
The most incredible soups and a great experience. The taster flight of 6 soups gets me off to a great start and I get a different order every time.
It used to be a 5 star. However, the last few months they've been very secretive of their included pita. And some cashiers have tried to charge extra.Most recently (and the cause for -2 stars), the have cut the size of the pita by 75%! It's a tease.Also their super greens now have brussel sprouts which was a surprise.And they removed their compost/recycle options.
