Really good meal. Service was outstanding and I'm upset because she deserves a huge shout put. Mussels lots of garlic, I love the sirloin marsalla nice salad. My wife had the chicken parm with penne. All portions were nice size and very fair prices.
Carrabba’s has always impressed us. Seeing that it is a chain, we were not expecting much but every time we go there, we are impressed with what they serve. The manager always comes to our table. The waiting staff are excellent. I am impressed with them.
The food here still tastes like it did 20 years ago. Delicious! Every bite a huge taste sensation!
The food was wonderful. The adult drinks were great and the service was fabulous! I can't wait to go back!!
I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a little kid, and had countless phenomenal visits over the years. However, I'm sad to say that the brilliance to this location is vanishing. The service is always impeccable when I have been and that has not changed. I see many people bickering about the remodel and how it makes the restaurant feel cheaper than it once was. But, that is all semantics.The thing that makes me sad is the quality of the food. Even last year when I visited, the mussels were good the sauces were light yet flavorful and I recall my pollo Santa Maria being perfect.Today, none of this held true. The mussels were far less tender with too much sea flavor for mussels. The chicken was rubbery and the seasonings for the sauce and potatoes were far out of proportion. For somewhere with many memories through my days it is sad to admit that it is no longer the restaurant it once was.
The remodel of the restaurant made me feel cheap, cold and bare. White walls, cheap chairs with bright red and green padded tops. The feel inside is that of a 1 maybe 2 star restaurant or diner. Then the prices also went up by a buck or two per item as well making the overall feel a bit of a downer. However we had a great server! ??
Great service. I have been going for 20 years. Portion size are smaller, prices are up. They use to do a after 5 meals you got one free. As usually changed but didn't notify the customer. 5 dollar discount. Very disappointing.
Nice atmosphere, great service. Prickly pear margarita was excellent (menu says it has hint of jalapeño but it does not, they just haven’t updated the menu yet - I don’t like spicy margaritas anyway). Tiramisu is to die for. Portions are very large, even my boyfriend has a lot of leftovers and that usually never happens (I always save half for the next day and have what I consider a full portion for tonight). They may seem a litter pricier than some other places, but when you figure you have two meals from an entree, it is really nice to have great food for the price. $80 before tip for 2 full entrees with salad and side, bread, 2 drinks, 2 desserts. And we both have dinner and dessert for tonight too.I have to add that we had a really bad experience here 5-6 years ago with wait times and service and it was 100% better this time. I will definitely go here again.
Good food, great staff. Atmosphere isn't quite as intumate & pleasant as our store in Louisville which is now closed. ?? still a nice dinner experience overall, however.
Virtually no service. My wife and I came in around 7:30 pm on 3/1/2022. The place was extremely busy but I thought they could handle two more. We sat in the bar area. After about 10 minutes, they brought our water, and a few minutes later, we were given our bread. Little did we know that would be our meal for the night. The bartender came around about 5-7 minutes later, took our order and that was the last we saw of him. The party of four that arrived after us and sat next to us got their salads about 15 minutes later. The bartender must have walked past our table 6 times, never making eye contact, and completely ignoring us. We waited another five minutes before I approached the bartender at the bar. I inquired about our salads, our soup, and the slice of lemon we requested. His response was, "I'll check on your salad", but he did not. Nor did he show any concern. We decided to cut our losses and we left. We wasted almost 45 minutes at this place with only bread and water to show for it. My wife emailed the manager, and 10 days later, still no response. There's no reason why we should lower our expectations, especially on a Tuesday night.
