If I didn't have to give a star I wouldn't. Went there tonight ordered a jalapeño burger, got home and not only did I not have jalapeños I didn't even have a burger!! Absolutely ridiculous!

Watch out for Rebecca, I gave her $20 dollars on a order for $17.13, my change should have been $2.87, she only gave me 87 cents back. After I realized I drove back through the drive through and I told the attendant, he told Rebecca and I could over hear her say "he wants exact change" and then she came over took my receipt, brought me the money she shorted me and quickly rushed me off no words spoken no apology. Sorry Rebecca!! Skimming cash from customers is illegal! And you have now been outed for doing so!

Worst Carl’s Jr. ever. I was the only one there and took forever to give me my food and it was handed to me cold and was missing half of my order after I retold them my order, never going their again
Best breakfast in town, they always make the biscuits fresh for us whether we order two or a dozen, consistently good service before/during covid.
My daughter loves Carls Jr.. we go at least once a week.. We are usually greeted by Bethany who is the absolute sweetest person.. She is friendly and helpful and seems like a wonderful employee.. so many other places we go to get food and this is not the case.. She makes it very pleasant
Carl's Jr has experienced a decrease in quality over the last decade only matched by Popeyes.No. Just no. Grew up on n Carl's in SoCal. It's been a love of mine for 30 years. Now I end up throwing half of it in the garbage. Inedible.

It's not usually too busy so the service is quick and the staff was friendly. The new chicken sandwiches are good, especially when N you have some coupons they send out in the mail.
Posted opening hours are not reliable. The inside heat is rarely on in the morning - you may be warmer eating outside in the wintertime, because you could get frostbite from the ventilation system. Food is cheap, but barely edible. You'd be much better off going to the other side of 136th to Taco John's.
