If you make home deliveries with uber eats or any other application, this is the worst place you can pick up, you wait up to 15 minutes, they only serve the self-service fast, I picked up on a Tuesday with 2 or 3 people inside the premises and still the wait is too long
Every time I’m at this location either they messed up my drinks or they over charged me for the amount of liquid in the cup. First time, ordered hot chocolate but missing chocolate chip, whip cream, and is only filled 3/4. Second time ordered a regular classic chai tea latte gave me a spice chai. Third time, ordered a classic chai tea latte again and taste like steamed milk no chai flavor. This location staff is either rude or lazy, I stopped tipping now because of them. Oh and they never give you a stopper or sleeves for hot drinks.
I really enjoy the coffee here. It’s always delicious with interesting notes. I think the coffee here is better than Starbucks, it seems much more high quality. I always have good service here. I recommend this location!
It is okay. Staff was very nice. Food was very soggy. The staff was nice enough to remake it but the waffle sandwich was soggy. I love caribou flavored coffee but they don't have any flavors in the store.
Great coffee drinks, friendly staff, and an inviting atmosphere. The fireplace is nice in the winter, and I love the eggnog lattes during the holidays! I just wish they were open later. I like to stop on the way home from work, but this location closes so early that I end up going to Starbucks instead.
Excellent mount coffeshop feel. Very similar to Starbucks but superior atmosphere.Coffee tastes good. But the food is a bit freezer-burned.
Google says you open at 6am, the sign on your door says you open at 6am… but here it is almost 6:30 and your doors are locked, the lights are off, and you’re only operating your drive through. Either update your hours or open on time. Wild suggestion, I know.
This specific Caribou needs some help. I can't remember the last time they actually got my order correct. Drive through only, which gets extremely backed up.
Lobby is closed so we had to try ordering online. Waited for 20 minutes and they told us in the drive through window they’d bring out the orders. Still waiting ?
Good ice mocha, very busy area, we were lucky to get a nice opening and did not wait long.
