Services usually always slow and this time the drive-thru wasn't open and had to go in it was really slow during lunch.

Guys don’t bother going here. Waited forever to order “ the manager” didn’t get my order correct. She never restated what I got, their screen was of course broken and when I checked my order I said I was missing chicken fries she argued with me I didn’t order it but ordered two onion rings which did not happen. No customer service she argued I didn’t order it and I left never to return after fourth generation patronage to this location.
Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. They can’t take card and they’re the only restaurant that still has lobbies closed. These people better get it together.
Though the times are very challenging, this location seems to try hard to do its best. The staff is friendly and more than capable of providing great service. The product is well prepared and I have not had a bad meal in several visits. Highly recommended for a great tasty meal.
The food was not that good the day I was there. In the past the food was fresh and hot. Guess I picked a bad time to show up.
We ordered a delivery for lunch today. They show it was delivered but it wasn't, the driver could not be contacted and they do not answer the phone. Come to find out this was done by DoorDash - the driver was Gabriel R. He finally texted me AFTER a complaint was filed. He was horribly rude and argumentative, they really need to look at who they have delivering for them. Burger King - PLEASE update this so customers can see this is being delivered by a 3rd party because it looks like you are responsible for delivering in our area there is no mention of who the company is delivering for you.
Usually you'll get good food out of this location sometimes the staff can be a bit rude. Today was good however staff was nice and food was as expected. Past experiences effect star rating however.
I would give this place zero stars if it let me. I come here all the time and they have always been friendly. Today the last in all black was making jokes and laughing and cussing. Very unprofessional. There guy in red was also cussing and kids were in the building. Whole star was unfriendly and rude.
3 days in a row I have stopped here to eat today at 5:45pm, yesterday at 7:30pm and Saturday at 6:15pm and all 3 times the dining room was closed..my vehicle will not fit thru the drive thru. I tried called and no one answers or they answer wait a few seconds then hang up…. This is very frustrating……..
It would be nice if you if you would be open when you're supposed to be open. Especially when there are way to few of burger kings on Wadsworth. I was there at 6:05 closed went to the gas station filled up came back at 6:15 still closed
