Went for lunch and they weren't very busy. The wings were awesome (not like I remembered). The service was good.
Food was good but the service really needs some work. Went here with my daughter and girlfriend. My Food came first but the other meals didn't come out for another 20 minutes. Instead of trying to rectify the situation, our server avoided the table. But she seemed to pay special attention to the group who was ordering lots of drinks. After we got our food the service didn't improve much had to flag the waitress down for drink refills and napkins. BWW definitely need some hospitality training for the wait staff.
Buffalo Wild Wings, congrats for being the source of my villain origin story.There’s nothing I hate more than cold wings… your all told me my wings would be ready at 10:10 PM. I checked my phone at 9:55 and saw that my order wasn’t even in the “making your order” but I drove down to your store 10 minutes from me anyways cause I wanted my temperature hot wings. I showed up and nobody was at the counter… I waited for 5 minutes, looked at your page again and saw my order was in the “making your order stage” eventually someone came out and I told them I had a Togo order. This worker turned there head to a rack off to the side and handed me the bag. The bag was cold man… my order had been sitting there the whole time. Only once I walked out the door was your page updated to say my order was ready. Had to go home and eat my cold wings… I don’t like warming them up they don’t taste the same.Now, I will be back again…. Because there’s something about those wings I can’t resist. I want you to know I’m not angry with you…. Just disappointed. Have a goodnight
We went in for lunch today and the service and food were amazing! Our waiter Felix was so sweet playing with our toddler. Felix and the service manager went above and beyond when our daughter left her stuffed rabbit and chased us down in the parking lot. We will most definitely be coming back!
The Bartender Big John pours cold beers, great drinks, and always does a great job! Always takes care of us! One of my favorite places to catch a game, have a cold beer, and some good eats! The staff as a whole is great too! Very welcoming! The bartenders are all great, Justin and Silver do a wonderful job as well!
I’m not a huge fan on the food but my server, FelixWas an absolute superstar. I was just getting food To go and stopped at the bar to grab a beer while I waited. I’ve never had such a lovely person wait on me. Truly made my entire day after a long day of work (also a server) sometimes you just need a little recognition.Thank you so much Felix, you’re one of a kind ?
BWW used to be so good, me and my bf went there all the time, even around the shut down. And it was still good, but over time it's becoming awful.The problems:- the food always tastes like it's been sitting out for a while.- the place is always disgusting, I've never been sat at a clean table, there's always half eaten chiken wings under the booth, tables always have food on them.- cold food etc.All of my friends have started to go to other wing places, and I do to, but I gave BWW this one last chance and they have lost us as customers. Their entire place seems empty, during peek hours, and I'm not surprised, the only thing good there is the servers tbh. They are so sweet. But the cooks and the place itself needs to step it up.We ordered the house sampler, hot bone wings, chiken wrap no tomatoes, fries, chocolate cake for a birthday, soda 2 waters and a beer.To start with, the beer came out extremely flat, it didn't look good.The wrap ended up having tomatoes in it, the chiken in both the wrap and on the sampler were so dry, i felt like I was eating chewy plastic or something.The bone wings didn't come with celery, and were so cold, we were lucky they were even cooked.The onion rings were actually ok, but there were so many compared to everything else, and were drenched in oil.The mozzarella sticks were literally the only food that was normal, which is something I can make at home.The nachos were literally the worst of all though, soggy, cold and rubbery, not one single chip broke off, the whole thing was one ball stuck together, every single chip was rubbery and wouldn't even tear off, the chiken on that was ok, but cold.I never thought you could mess up nachos so bad.The dessert wasn't that bad, like it's icecream and chocolate cake. Which the chocolate cake was impossible to cut into, but it tasted like chocolate medicine, it was disgusting, luckily the icecream was good, it is icecream after all. But I will say I've never tasted such thick icecream in my life, felt like I was chewing gum, but was smooth and tasty like icecream. I literally don't even know or understand how icecream can have a gum like consistency.Literally only things that were ok/normal were waters, soda and mozzarella sticks.
If you are the person to read the reviews before going in to eat I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! Save your Time and Money!!! I went in to eat with my family and we all sat then realized our booth was a complete messy. Our table had food stains on it, the floor was covered in trash and the staff was very inappropriate! We had children with us and I kept hearing one of the male workers talking about guns and more a child shouldn’t be hearing while going out to eat with family! On top of that my food was cold when I got it! A lot of people expect at least warm fresh food when you go out to eat! My plate was freezing! I am constantly seeing/hearing unprofessional behavior at this location and I will definitely not be returning here! I will be taking my business to Wing Slingers where there food is 100% worth my $$$$
