First time taking out and only one side had sauce. Did not taste very good because of that. Second time I ordered 12 wings and only got 10.
Ordered a 10 piece bundle, didn't receive any carrots or celery. Had to go back and get my fries, and still nothing. Charged me more even though price says the same. Been a long time I went here now I know why I don't
Not so friendly staff, they didn’t even greet us and the girl I believe her name was Mariah just stared at us and then walked away. We weren’t asked for any condiments or veggies. We felt awkward while waiting for the food. There was a gentleman who was more helpful he had colored eyes. The other girls in the back were really rude and judgmental. I do not recommend coming here!
On the 13th I placed a delivery order for wings and I got the wrong order. I tried calling 10 times over the course of a couple hours and the call was never answered. I wrote customer service, and instead of a refund, I was told I'd be given 750 points to my account. Still haven't received those points, but was more interested in a refund since, you know, I paid for one thing and received another.This is the third time I've had order issues here, but this is the worst example.
Food was delicious. Luv my wings worker with blue hair was super friendly and explained menu when I had questions. Will definitely be coming back?
They Lost our order. When going in told to wait while they focused on our order other people got their. What should have been a 10 minute pickup turned to ,30 really quick. ??
Our server was AMAZING!!! (Girl with blue hair I forgot her name) service was amazing and wings were great as usual. Definitely coming back!
The food and service was great. The female server with the blue hair was incredibly kind and she took care of all of our needs. Will definitely be coming to this location from now on.
Got to go order, half of my order was missing on my kids meal. Got an empty cup, like what do I do with it?! Called place and they told me to come and pick up fries that it was missing instead of sending me them thru Uber eats. So disappointed.
This might be the most efficient and effective experience I’ve ever had a Buffalo Wild Wings. Talk about a well oiled machine that can really get your order out in time and cares about their customers. Love to see it!
