This is our preferred Blackjack Pizza location. Their prices are slightly cheaper and have better deals, so this location gets our repeat business.Blackjack Pizzas are my children's preferred, which I appreciate. Pizzas are on time from scheduled online ordering. Orders have been accurate, despite my inaccurate orders.Blackjack pizza website basically sucks. I find it confusing and often miss the opportunity to schedule my order and have trouble reading pizza sizes which I apparently don't always get correct. This is not a knock on this location, but Blackjack in general. Website is functional, just not useful when a hungry family wants pizza right away or I'm scheduling a pizza in a hurry when busy with activities. Bolder, bigger fonts, and perhaps better icons/illustrations would go a long way.
Paid for 4x cheese. Received no cheese. Manager gave no cares. Told her we wouldn’t order again if this wasn’t resolved. She said “don’t! I don’t care!”. I understand these kids are probably understaffed and paid poorly but done take it out on your customers. Hoping actual management can resolve this.
If you speak spanish or have a heavy accent, don't worry about ordering from here. They'll mock you and pretend like they take your order only to be dumbfounded when you go to pick it up.
The pizza came cold, with mushrooms!We specifically ordered pepperoni, sausage and bacon! I put 1 star bc I can't put less no one here eats mushrooms my parents are elderly hungry I called was told it shouldn't be cold !!! It isn't warm or feel freshly cooked its dry!!! Well you can bring it back and pick up the one you want delivery is an hour! $39 for BAD food!!!Not recommended !! 1st time we ordered delivery
HORRIBLE experience from this location.We only ordered 2 containers of IceCream and 16 wings, which is a pretty simple order.It took a literal hour for our food to get here. Crazy.Our IceCream was soft and this is the container of wings we were handed.The delivery driver looked homeless and when we asked him for napkins he gave us a crumpled bunch. Super classy.
Everywhere else has a normal size heart shaped pizza ? i was pretty sad when it arrived and it was really small and didn't even really look like a heart and came kinda cold next time I will order form another place SMH wings were not crispy and barely had sauce
Great place for more than just pizza! Robin at the 84th & Federal location is the best! I don’t know where he was trained in customer service but he is the most professional pizza employee I have ever seen!

This location is doing great! The pizza is fresh hot and tasty. The salads are fresh and really good. The employees are friendly and helpful. We get delivery and takeout from this store every few months and we're always really happy with everything.
Good price, especially with the special online discount. Good speed from order through delivery. I thought maybe they put fewer toppings on today’s pizza, so that’s a bit of a bummer.
