Love the Happy hour specials late night at Applebee's. The one we usually go to closed early so we went to our 2nd choice. Glad we did the bartender (who was also our server because we sat in the bar). Was amazing. She had no problem making my special order drink (an Angry Orchard hard cider served Coronarita style in Applebee's signature red Sangria) and was attentive and pleasant the entire time. We stayed right up to closing if not a little after .

If you eat small meals, they have discontinued them according to our server (half salads, etc). Service was good..food good.
After waiting 15 minutes to be seated and watching staff run around counting menu's and looking lost when there were over 20 people waiting to be seated, just left in disgust. If it takes them that long to seat don't want to know how long it would take to actually be waited on and recover food especially when it wasn't that busy. If I could give a rating of zero I would.
We love their 2 for $23/26 or something (prices went up recently due to inflation). Plenty of food for 2 at a reasonable price and a decent selection to choose from. Servers are always nice too.
We have been coming to this location for many years and always had good experiences. Even through the pandemic. Last night was an exception. The food was fabulous. We were seated near the bar which was fine. The bartender was our server, so we were basically ignored. We had our dinner, paid our bill and this is when everything fell apart. Apparently we "paid the wrong bill". I said I paid the bill that came up on the computer and was told that "sometimes the computer puts the table in the wrong place. You paid the bill for the table next to you." That resulted in additional charges because we "paid for the wrong bill". The only thing we were offered was an apology for the confusion. We were basically blamed for the computer messing up. From this point forward, I will wait until the server (or a Manger) checks what I'm supposed to pay for. I'm just glad I asked for a receipt instead of emailing it. Wonder what would have happened then
So I’ve now ordered from this location twice and now twice I’ve had to call. First time the order was riddled with problems this time the nacho chips were burnt and I’m not talking a few chips all of it is burnt to the point I can’t even eat it because it tastes so bad. I shoulda taken a pic before going in the trash but I was so mad. I paid for food I can’t eat and the manager all he can say is come back I’ll remake it. You can’t just refund one meal on the card doesn’t work that way. Now I have to find something to eat for myself. If I was you avoid this location because they obviously can’t seem to get the orders right. I shoulda went with my gut and ordered chilis.
We walked in the host had attitude right away. We sat a family of 6 for 20-25 minutes before they even took our drink order. Then he came got our drink order and appetizer, he started walking away I said we're ready to order he said hold on, made our drinks then came back another 10 minutes later took our order. It's a Monday night not very busy about 5 wait staff. Been here an hour still no food. Food finally came an it was good.
Very calm and relaxed dinning experience. I was greeted the minute I walked into the door and shown to a table. Table accommodations are welcomed even before COVID occurred.Food was fresh, on-time, well prepared & cooked, tasty, and well priced. I’ve never had an issue with this Chain Restaurant or this specific Restaurant Location either. Love their menu they offer meals for diet restrictions such as allergies, Gluten - Free, & the WW Program as well.Hostess’, Waitress’, waiters, & dining room attendant’s are very respectful and always frequent the tables to check on guests.I would recommend this Chain-Restaurant and specific location to anyone.
