We had wonderful service from Agustine who was so knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. The Tequila was a great compliment to our meal. The entire staff was great and still open till 10 on weekdays. You made my night.
Decided to take my family out to a nice restaurant since my brother was in town for the day. We were seated with the chips and salsa but no one took drink orders. The waiter comes around 10 min later helping the other 2 tables and proceeded to put his finger up at me and say “I’ll be right with you” before I could even say anything. Now, when he finally approached the table 10 additional minutes later he spoke Spanish to us and we don’t understand so I asked nicely “excuse me, do you speak English?” Then he pretty much lost it and decided to act aggressively towards me and my family and say “yes I speak English do you speak Spanish?”. Afterwards taking close to 45 min for our food, while refilling our drinks once he still proceeds to speak toward me, my children, my brother, and my mother in Spanish. By the end of the meal I walked my family out. The waiter approaches my 14 yr old daughter and my brother and asked “why didn’t I get a tip????”. Before I continue, I don’t just pick random restaurants. I read reviews and everything and come prepared to tip the above and beyond waiter or waitress. This guy DEFINITELY DID NOT EARN HIS!!!!!! I walked back into the restaurant to explain why and by then he didn’t want to hear what I had to say. Instead was more worried about the fact that he didn’t get a tip. You get loud with me, I get loud with you. This is the LAST TIME I visit this particular location and I do hope they retrain their staff to have waaaay more professionalism than that
It has been more than 12 years since I last at at a 3 margaritas restaurant. I was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food prepared fresh and hot. The cleanliness was great and was enjoyed by all. Thank you!
Plate was hot but the food was cold. Silverware was thrown on the menu without napkins. Not good in a time when people are all wearing masks. Ordered green chili that didn't come with my dinner but didn't see my waitress again so ate it without what I ordered. Would give it a one star but the waitress did say sorry. Didn't realize authentic Mexican food was microwaved.
Put toilet paper in my ears because music was too loud. It took 3 cups of salsa to make it not tasteless. Salsa was good though. Chips are hard
So sad I have to put a review in like this. I have been a patron of this management and ownership in their Restaurant for 20 years or more. When I found them they were on 80th and Wadsworth.The services are of quality ....the kitchen is no longer. The management decided tonight to take my meal off the ticket. It was quite offensive.I have been a patron for so long I just want things to change back to the way they were in the kitchen.Many of you probably don't order the fillet chipotle. My favorite every time I go I order that. The last three times the fish has been unfortunately bad at a minimum.Then today they misunderstood and gave me chicken?. I won't return for a while unfortunately because they have fantastic margaritas. Bummer
We ordered food for delivery for the first time. It totally sucked!! When in the restaurant I get the Mexican pizza, NEVER has it been served with green olives (black olives is normal). ALL the food received was ice cold. The women who delivered the food was extremely rude. At this point I will never set foot in the restaurant again. Mind you my home is close to the restaurant so my food should not have been ice cold. ?

The food was excellent!! The waitress was very rude and we had to ask other staff everytime we needed something and she would return with a rude attitude. We did not feel welcomed actually we felt uneasy with her demeanor. She was to busy chatting with two men at the bar than to wait on my friend and I. She seemed very bothered when we ask for a spoon, refill on our drinks and even having to ask for our ticket. She was only friendly when she gave us our ticket needless to we left a extremely small tip which honestly she shouldn't have received any tip at all. I gave two stars only because the food was delicious ,kuddos to the cook and kuddos to the waitstaff that we flagged down to help us as we didn't have really have a waitress.
