Avoid this location!! came here 2 different occasions when ordered for take out it said 16-21mins ended up waiting 1hr and 12 mins both times !

I don’t ever leave reviews, but I ordered last week and was missing 16 boneless wings. I called the store and was immediately scolded they said “I know you got your wings because I packed the bag”. Left me on hold then told me to call door dash. I called door dash and since the bag was sealed they blamed Wingstop and had me speak to a representative. Still haven’t gotten a refund and I’m very disappointed because I always come here.

Cold wings and sad soggy fries. It’s been a long time since I got food here. I’ll never make that mistake again.

Great place to get some wings. A good variety of flavors and the wings were a nice size. The fries are cut fresh with the skin on.

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star since I cannot write a review with nothing less than 1. Absolutely disappointed with this place. I placed my online order at 8:20pm and went to pick up at 9:48pm which was over an hour after placing my order. When I arrived to this place I come across the surprise that they did not work on my order! The options were to again wait for THEM to decide to work on my order or get a refund which would take 3-4 business days or store credit for the next day! I had hungry children and grandparents waiting at home waiting for their food. Yet, it was 10pm and I had to go searching for something else because my order was never worked on. It was such a disappointment and inconvenience. Sadly, what other options did I have at 10pm to feed my elderly grandparents and young siblings?! They do not even do anything to compensate for their negligence nor do they care about keeping their clients happy. I had to take the option of store credit since I cannot trust that waiting AGAIN would guarantee that I would have a meal. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!

Probably the worst wing spot in all Denver. They were over 15 minutes late getting me my food when I was on my lunch break and then when I finally receive my food I had cold fries no drink and no sauce that I paid extra for. Don’t know why I keep trying to give this another chance at this restaurant never will again!!!!’ Terrible would give 0 stars if I could

Took about twice as long as quoted and instead of handing me my food when it was done they put it on an unheated shelf so I could watch it lose its hotness....4.17.22 update: Gave them another chance, cold fries this time...

Staff here is rude, and lazy, and none to mention their management is something else, hung up on me just like the other staff members kept doing to me the night when they gave me no fries, and no sauce on my 15 wings. 10/10 DO NOT GO HERE, go to the 120th location make the extra drive because at least they get your order right.

I spend thousands of dollars at wing stop and now that I have family over I wanted to order a 75 piece and Cristina told me they can’t do a 75 piece order over the phone because it’s to expensive and they are scared I might not pay them. We’ll wing stop says order by phone online or thru the app and your wings be ready for you that there motto. That is false marketing and a lie. Very poor management here I run a business and I would never mislead my customers this way. I will be telling everyone that works for me that wing stop sucks. And I write this review as my daughter is crying because she wanted wings and the person on the phone threatened to spit in my food and hanged up in me. Wow so disappointed with this place
