I picked up my dinner order last night and the lady who rang me up about 830pm ish was super awesome, a very nice encounter/customer service ?
From the moment I walked in I had an exceptional experience. I was greeted by Lexie, very friendly and helpful in wanting to take my order as soon as possible. The interaction with Lexie made me feel like I wasn’t just any other customer. This made my day good from bad to better.
Came in around 1pm to dine in. Handed me a beer but no way to open the bottle so I had to use my keys, waited 40 minutes to get our order of three ten piece wings and two orders of fries and were the only people in the restaurant. Sweet tea had no sugar in it. There was some meeting going on and all the employees besides one were sitting in the back including what appeared to be the general manager/owner and manager. Felt bad for the young lady running the register and cooking as she was very nice but overwhelmed having to take care of all the orders by herself. She gave me a few “oh shit” looks because she knew it was taking way to long for a small order. Food arrived just above room temperature which blows my mind after the time it took. Ironic they were having a meeting about service and the business yet neglecting actual customers and takeout orders. First and last time eating Wingstop.
I had placed an order almost 45 min before arriving. To my shocking surprise it was nowhere close to done having sat there for another 30 min. while watching them standing there sharing stories of their nights out and updating messages and such on there phones. Watching walk in customers order and walk out probably made the experience worse since I was there for an order that was placed earlier but somehow not done. As a customer I would be avoiding this place unless you have nothing but time to waist. Sadly work ethic and customer service is a long shot here, and that’s even if they received job training again. Worse experience at a wing stop. I only wish I could’ve taken a picture of them all leaning on the walls doing nothing while purposely avoiding communication with anyone before leaving.
The wings are always good here. They crisp them up and smother them with any sauce you like. The employees are friendly and ready to help.
It’s a hit or miss here but nothing to do with the staff. For the most part all staff are in training due to the amount of staff quitting, and hiring new. The good is great no matter what, but I highly recommend taking everything out your bag and double checking in front of them…. Rather than getting home finding your order short, causing you an extra trip out. Taking a few extra minutes their will save you more time as opposed to getting home and checking. Also if you order a large ranch or cheese,… they are always out of containers. So you will receive like 20 little sides in your bag to make up for one big one.
Wish I could rate 0 stars the woman behind the counter claims to own the wingstop and says its wingstop policy to discriminate against doordash drivers. Two words can describe her rude and Lazy.

Talk about slow service and long wait time. This is one of the worst location in terms of wait time for take outs . The management needs to do better .
Just picked up a 10 piece of atomic classic bone-in wings. They were delicious and perfectly "atomic"!My cat enjoyed that I stopped for a bite as he had fun with the bag.
