got the southwest avocado salad and it says in the description it has bacon. my salad didn’t have bacon. what a waste of $8.

Terrible! Does not deserve one star! I ordered a classic chicken wrap in lettuce, no tomato no bun no mayo just lettuce and pickles! It cost almost $7 and they had the audacity to give me the smallest pieces of lettuce they could find. When I looked in the bag and saw them I had to ask for extra! Well that is not the worst of it. The piece of chicken was a joke. Extremely thin and small. Stay away from this location, the owner is a rip off!!!!! I went to another Wendy’s the other night and they were just the opposite. Ordered the same and they loaded me with pickles, the lettuce was substantial and the chicken was twice the size and thick! By the way, it was in Loveland, near target and McDonald’s, I think it was exit 257, oh, and it cost me less money.
On our Wendy’s trip, we had received terrible customer service. The gentleman at drive through rushed as we ordered our food, to only mess around with the back cook once we had arrived at the window awaiting our food. It was a very rude and unprofessional experience.
Excellent service compared to other Wendy's in the area these days. But in the food itself, eh... I've never gotten patties so thin and the nuggets were very dry.
I was super nice, didn't ask for much at all just 2 4 for 5$'s bacon jr's and a chilli and since they said they didn't have much chilly I wanted to try the forsty. I literally stay in my car so food is what I look forward too and my sandwiches were cold. Cheese, meat everything cold. I literally cried. I get you have attitudes because of long lines or people but if that's the case don't work food service. Cause you sometimes take it out on people who have it going bad wishing they can just get a break as well.
Hot fresh fries guaranteed was not applied to this Wendy's trip. A frosty couldn't help these fries.
The customer service of this place is too good like their food.
I wasn’t going to submit a review because I have low expectations for fast food restaurants. I already started to get into the frosty but you can see the untouched portion, where is the top 1/4 of this frosty? Not that I need it but would have loved to have it.. bummed.
This is unbelievable I open up my salad about to eat it when I realize the mozzarella cheese has mold on it so disgusting!! Never coming here again!
Online order showed the same order for $9 but drive-through charged $12. Either over priced or they overcharged me. Definitely lack of price transparency and bad service too! Not recommended
