This store is regularly understaffed causing it to constantly have long wait me. They also regularly run out of a lot of menu items. Lastly, there Has been something wrong or missing from my order at least 50% of the times I've gone here, and that's being generous.

For whatever reason, I wasn't able to buy a frosty, she had said that there was very few, yet I seen other people after myself that had ordered and THEY we're able to buy one??? I understand if they're COMPLETELY OUT, how, this wasn't the case. THE MAIN REASON of going to "Wendy's" for ME, is to buy a Frosty. Not to mention I had walked over 4 miles in WELL over 99° weather yesterday. I honestly am not sure that I'll return to this particular location again.I DO believe that the customer service was fair, as they were VERY busy, I'm just extremely curious why I BOUGHT a full meal and wasn't able to order the ONE item that this Restaurant has that NOBODY ELSE has to offer, yet other customers AFTER me were able to buy some. Ugh.I apologize for my Rant. Everyone take care & God Bless.

Overall bad experience. The food was not good. We ordered a double stack with no cheese, had to send it back since it wrong. They gave us a new one and it was covered in mayo, no idea why that was made that way. The other double stack we ordered was dowsed in ketchup and mustard, wasn't even edible. The large fries we ordered, stale and soft. Doubtful we will come back.

So I had hoped for 2 delicious large cups of Dave's chili and a fish sandwich. Instead I waited about 12 minutes for these items, how do I know, you may ask because of Pandora radio app. I was told to wait by the entrance door and they would bring my food out to me. I went inside to check on why it was taking so long, nobody even asked if I was ordering, kinda like I was invisible to the employee's. I saw an employee walk past me and not a single glance, I followed said employee going to me car, I asked why it took so long to get my order. I was told that they don't have many people ordering fish sandwiches and they had to cook them as they are ordered... hmm I don't remember that kinda policy when I work at Wendy's. I drove off and my sandwich had lettuce, to which I had told I didn't want and the chili was more like soup, super watery and cold, the fish was cold also. So much for a hot and recently cooked fish sandwich and hot chili. And since they want a ⭐️, to post I'll give one, sorry but you folks don't deserve an ⭐️ .

Went there tonight and got the Asiago chicken sandwich. Absolutely horrible taste. Stomach pain right after. On top of that there was no bacon on the sandwich. Which elevates that sandwich. Super disappointed. My husband ended up getting two junior bacon cheese burgers and neither one of them had bacon. Whats the point. Idk if we will be getting food from this location again. We'll try 104th next time. Doesn't look like someone is on top of things at this location. Needs ALOT of improvements.

I am a CNA. My replacement did not come to work tonight so I will be working a double, 2pm-6am. I asked my daughter to pick up food to bring to me. When she arrived at this location, staff told her their systems were down. She drove to another location, arrived at 12:50 and waited in line. However, when only my daughter and one other car were left in line, staff said they were closed. They refused to serve the last two cars in line.

This location is nasty. Went into the restaurant to order food because the drive thru line was too long. I’d say it was a blessing to go in because the dining area and kitchen was filthy. The manager was horrible too. Will be calling the health department and corporate. DONT EAT HERE! We were scared we’d get food poisoning due to the cold burgers we got. We did end up returning the food.

The girl in drive thru was in such a hurry to take ,y order,she got the order wrong. She handed me my drink the lid wasn't on all the way, so when I grabbed immu drink the lid popped off & spilt all over me and my car. I put the drink out the window as she's trying to hand my card back. She noticed my drink dripping all over me and asked of I needed a napkin. She went to remake my burger. I checked out the rest of my order and noticed that the nuggets & fries were old, stale & cold. When she returned to give me the same burger with added bacon and extra ketchup I informed her I didn't want them and she rolled her eyes and told the other crew members what I had said. I waited patiently for my order. Upon receiving my order nature called! I pulled around parked and went inside to chat with Mother Nature. These are the things I encountered..

I went late at night after I finished at my own kitchen and waited for 30 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. I watched and it didn't look like either car got that much food. I know these places are understaffed, but I could have made it through In and Out faster.

I had to give Brenna a review! We went through the drive through and she delivered such spectacular customer service. I wanted to deliver my compliment to the manager directly but the whole team was just absolutely wonderful tonight. I normally place orders for my family of five and it's always such a hassle, especially when I'm rushed. Most of the time I have to go back because something was forgot. I was so thankful to finally have someone who made placing my order easy and got it right the first time. The food was also very good and as expected. Please recognize her and the team for their spectacular work.
