Went to grab a quick lunch and I was very pleased with the service at this location. There was minimal wait time which the cashier apologized for. We were greeted and thanked. The staff members I could see through the window of the drive-they seemed happy and had great energy. Hope this location continues to be this great! ??

Drive thru line was long, so I went inside to order. They messed up what I asked for. And then when it was ordered right, I waited and I waited patiently. Then after a while the guy asks me what my name for the order is, he gave away different parts of different orders to a few orders. So they had to start my order all over again. ??? for convenience food, it was mediocre, for service they were polite and friendly, but had no idea what was going on.

Had a lot of fun with my husband and son. Make sure to bring cash for the concession stand or a little cooler with your own food and drinks. They don't sell alcohol so you can bring that too but make sure you drink it in the approved areas. Have fun!!

Ask for a receipt because you will get over charged. I bought a apple pecan chicken salad and was charged $22.98.I can't get anyone to answer the phone to speak with a manager and I don't live in the area I'm over 1 hour away from restaurant. I know prices have gone up but this is ridiculous. I also witnessed a man take one of the employees bike and drive away with it, I told them about it when I ordered my salad. Maybe that's why I was over charged ? don't leave anything in your car it might not be there when your done. Just saying!

I get that fast food is short handed these days but the service shouldn’t affect your customers. We went through the drive thru and when we got home the food was terrible!! We had to throw it in the trash!!! The economy is suffering right now and nobody wants to waste their hard earned money just to throw their dinner in the trash. NEVER NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!

Forced me to go inside for a drive-thru pick-up order. My app said to pull through the drive through and that is the way I have done it every single time before. Very lazy of whoever was in charge of the drive-thru. The manager was very nice, but they definitely don't need that lazy, clueless employee.

Without a doubt, this is THE BEST WENDY’S I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! These were the hottest, freshest fries I’ve ever had! The staff greeted me so nicely and even apologized for the wait but I only waited like two minutes!!

I am a CNA. My replacement did not come to work tonight so I will be working a double 2pm-6am. I asked my daughter to pick up food to bring to me. I gave her a Wendy’s location that is closer than this one. According to staff at that location, their system was down. So my daughter drove to this location. She arrived at 12:50am and waited in line. However, when only her and one other car remained in line, staff said they were closing for the night. They refused to take 10-15 minutes to serve the last two cars. Note that I started this review at 1:05am. It’s not a wonder fast food chains are failing.

We've been to every Wendy's in this area and they all suck, except for this one! Not only was my entire order correct (shocking enough), everything tasted amazing! I'm talking about the soda syrup actually being changed, the chili wasn't old, my salad looked like I just bought the lettuce this morning! My husband and I were truly blown away. We love Wendy's but often have to avoid it because of all these problems happening at all these other locations, every time. We are so thrilled to have found such a great establishment!

Today I ordered at the drive-thru, when I went to go pick up my order at the window the guy at the register gave me the wrong total for my order. A woman then came to the window and chewed me out for not telling the guy I had a keychain coupon. When in fact I had told the woman, not the guy, who took my order that I did in fact have that keychain coupon. I tried to tell her that I had told them that at the time of ordering but she walked off while she was ranting at me. Last time I go to that wendy's, the staff needs manners!
