I ordered a large combination pho asked to add meatball. When I got my order delivered it was a small meatball only. I called the restaurant and spoke to the “manager” who said I got the correct order, which I did not. Them processed to call me a liar. This si not good business. That being said I won’t order from here again. Lesson learned

We will not ever return to or order from this place again. There are so many better Asian/ Vietnamese options nearby. The basil and cilantro that came with my pho was a mushy, wilted, and borderline rotten mess. The stuff looked like it had been sitting out for weeks. Pretty gross. I had to scoop the green slime (rotten basil) off of the noodles in the styrofoam container and throw them away. The green slime was supposed to have been basil and cilantro. This happened once before at this place, so we will not ever be ordering from here again. The pho broth was tasteless.Combination Lo-mein had hardly any meat in it and was too soupy. They tried to drown it to keep it from talking I guess. The shrimp pineapple curry rice was super salty. There are so many better Asian/ Vietnamese options nearby. We will not ever return to or order from this place again.Pros:Average pricesClean insideCons:Old, stale, wilted, borderline rotten basil served to customers.Tasteless pho broth.Enough salt to kill an elephant in everything else.Forget about parking nearby. They only have one strip of parking spots directly in front of the place and it is always a disaster because it is such a busy parking lot. You’ll have to park a ways away in the bigger part of the strip mall parking lot and hike in or take a shuttle bus. Lol

Food was great the service is super fast ? and the place is clean ?

Pho was ok. My noodles were a bit overcooked and the broth was not very rich. Food did come out quickly even though we had a large party come in close to closing time. Service was good despite having to get our own menus after we were seated.

I have been going to this place for a long time and unfortunately when I was nine months pregnant I wanted to eat here me and husband dined in and immediately got sick from eithier the soda or food we both ran to bathroom and projectile vomited. I called the health department immediately after. When I spoke to the manager they were very rude and told me they could give me 50% discount I told them I don’t want my money back I want to know what made me sick. Also the table seated next to us had a teenager that threw up in the trash can in the bathroom right after eating as well. Not a coincidence. Really sad because I loved this place but now I tell everyone I know to not go here because of how I was treated after getting sick at NINE MONTHS PREGNANT

A great staple in Thornton. Modestly priced but well-prepared Vietnamese food in a pleasant atmosphere. Their pho is worth the trip.

Place isn't viet owned. Not a lick of viet from anyone lol. Pho broth was plain. Definitely needed more stewing, herbs, and flavoring. Ordered the dac biet (special combo) and there was nothing special about it except I was missing brisket. Asked for hanh giam and had to show pics twice to get what I wanted.Saving grace was that food at least came quick and hot. Service was efficient and the gentleman I had did his best. Average.

Food is good, is just the waitress we had, wasn't really paying attention to what we needed and we even try to grab her attention and it felt like she was avoiding us ?‍♀️. Also when we finally got her to come over to our table she came to drop off the bill ?.

I ordered take out room here before and I absolutely love it!!! It was so good! I highly recommend this place! I will be definitely be going and getting take out from there more often!

Wonderful food! Hope to return in the future to try more dishes.
