Got the matcha latte and green tea, earl grey and pistachio macarons- all really good. Super cute setup as well!
This morning was my first experience in this establishment. I was told they have good desert and I decided to try it. After waiting for 20 minutes and still not making it to the register I decided to walk out. There was only one person in the entire store working and I was not the only person to walk in and walk out.... This business is losing money left and right. Why would there be only one employee on a Sunday morning one of the most busy days of the week. Will not be shopping there again.
The bakery and coffee here are great. Cool flavors and very clean. The only downside is the fact that they no longer accept cash. A Colorado law took effect Sep 2021 saying all businesses must accept cash as a form of payment or face penalties.
Most everything here comes off of a truck in packages. It’s not baked in house, so it all feels really processed and not authentic, feels like I’m shopping at a higher end gas station for pastries in plastic packages. They also never have anything in stock. The reason for my two starts and not one is because we did have cream puffs and a hazelnut latte here that was terrific, other than that though everything else is very underwhelming.
Best bakery I’ve ever had in my lifeeeee! And I’m not kidding! My roommate is from Denver and she took me here and this is now one of my fav spots! Everything was so tasty! The croque monsieur was so soft and tasty! The earl grey macaroons are out of this world for real. My lavender latte was buzzin!!
Love supporting this small business. Thier cakes are delicious. The fruit flavors are a favorite and the frosting is just right, not too sweet at all. We also love the pastries. Curry buns and kimchi buns are yummy!
TLJ is a Korean-French chain bakery & across all locations their quality is fantastic!Everyday has different bread and they’re never fully stocked, so swing by early!
I was so impressed with the bakery! The feeling of being inside is so exhilarating. It was well stocked with almost all their goods and I couldn’t help but buy tons because I don’t live in the Thornton area. My favorite are the savory pastries like the curry and veggie croquettes. I also really enjoyed the loaf of bread I picked up. I can’t wait to come back sometime in the near future!
Decided to go here instead of crumble. So glad that we did!Beautiful pastries and gorgeous drinks.Clean environment very courteous staff. We will make this a regular place to visit.
Only opening week or so was good. After that, nothing else is stocked. Very little variety of baked goods. Make the drive to Paris Bahn Mi, they got better baked goods and more there.
