It’s not often you see hard working people but Veronica and Melissa have done very good in maintaining this TCBY clean and presentable. The entire time I was there I saw Veronica busy, even when customers were not inside or checking out. Many people would be on their phones or just standing there. Veronica was busy cleaning one thing after another. Veronica is a hard worker and deserves a pay raise! Great job, Veronica!

Love this place! I have never had a bad experience, and the staff are always super friendly. The machines are always working, plus a good selection of froyo and toppings. Recently purchased a birthday cake from here and OMG this beats any ice cream cake I ever had from Cold stone, BR, or Dairy Queen.

Loved that strawberry kiwi! Wish I got more of that I couldn't get enough sweet and tangy and reminded me of my childhood. I got other flavors that were not the best compared to the strawberry kiwi. Next time I'll try the hand scooped and more sorbets.

I’ve only tried Menchie’s before TCBY and I can honestly say that TCBY is better ! It’s more flavorful & I love the yogurt/toppings options. ? ?❤️ The only complaint is that it was hard to serve my toppings because of the limited space underneath the serving bar !! *We recently went here again and I'm still happy with the quality and the customer service is better! The guys serving the ice cream is so nice and patient. They now serve your toppings so it makes it easier and safer because of covid. ?❤
