Waited one hour and 20 minutes for just a medium Mountain Dew Baja blast, I wouldn’t even have waited all that time but I was trapped in the drive thru. Come back a couple weeks later at 8:00pm and they’re closed, and there’s no sign of them closed at all. The employees are all just standing around in the parking lot watching me in the drive thru instead of just telling me that they’re closed. So unprofessional and pathetic. These people don’t care about losing customers.
Placed an order online, waited 30 minutes to no avail. During that time I checked their lobby which was closed, when I inquired whether I could get assistance from an employee he simply stated, "thats not my job." I pulled into the drive through and the manager on shift had her back to the window and raised a finger at me to wait until she was ready. Overall was a 50 minute endeavor that should've been a 15 minute quick stop.
Negative. This location is a joke. Its never open, but when it is they they have every excuse under the sun. I've heard, "our machines aren't working" at least 10 times, door dash always cancels the orders from this location, or they close at the strangest time (2pm, 7pm, 11am). Don't waste your time.
Semi driver stopped for lunch for a quick bite near a drop. Tried the lobby door was locked. Walked around to the drive thru window. Associate explains they are closed and still preparing "for the day". It's 1:35pm on a Friday. What are y'all preparing for? She doesn't know. Good information. Thanks.
Always takes forever. The only thing they consistent with is getting your order wrong or like the other day got 2 orders of chips and cheese and get one was fine and the other was a bag full of almost microscopic crumbs full all the way to the top. This is not just an issue with this location it is across the board. And lobby's are all closed.
Absolutely the worst Taco Bell anywhere in Denver. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for them to tell us they were closed at 8. This was at 7:50. Place is always slow. I could have driven to the next closest Taco Bell, got my order, and eaten it, in the amount of time we waited for nothing. I will never go back to this place. Go to a different one.
Words cannot describe how horrible this place is DO NOT GO HERE! You're better off going to sit down restaurant and getting served faster. Food IS ALWAYS COLD LOW QUALITY AND FOOD THAT YOU ORDER IS ALWAYS MISSING! IF THE OWNER READS THIS YOU MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE THIS LOCATION!
Probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever had and have visited it several times to see if there is a change for the better but no such luck, the employees and management are not the friendliest and sometimes a language barrier but mainly attitude. They should implement a "make it right" policy for customers instead of question me when returning food .because of quality. I don't visit this Taco Bell anymore haven't for quite some time don't mean to be harsh but I asked management about service and food and I never got a call back this happened twice three times
You need to change your hrs if you're going to close at 9 pm. Every single light outside was off including the menu board. There were all kinds of employees who didn't even acknowledge I was there. Said hello, nothing. Worst Taco Bell EVER. How are you even still open, you can't make enough to stay open, you never serve anyone! Fire the whole staff from the top down and just start over.
Horrible experience. No light so couldn't read the menu at night. I didn't even think they were open. No lights on at night? Food was old and salty, chalupas were hard and dry. They used to be good and I've been living in the area 18 years. It really, really sucked.
