I HATE this location. It's the absolute worst!! The food is fine.. the location sucks! If you do go here, GO INSIDE, if the people around here actually let you into the parking lot. They might think you're cutting them in line in the drive through and literally almost hit your car to block the entrance to the store. The drive through is a joke. People don't know how to start a line and come in from several directions, push their way in front of people who have been waiting. Once you get to the menu to order, they won't take your order till they have given the person in front of you their food already... same with the guy behind you. It seems as if there is ALWAYS one person working. Just find a place to park and go inside, it's so much faster and less stressful.

Is there anybody who wants to do their job anymore ?Finally ran into employee when I was trying to go through I've been there once last week and twice this week they don't seem to open until noon or after... photos are showing the lock front door and me waiting and drive-thru after 35 minutes and it never moved boycott this Taco Bell I am

Ordered food and when we got home, we open them and there’s literally 5% of food, the rest was two tortillas.Another time ordered for pick up and paid prior and when i try to “pick it up” they never got my order when i had the order number & confirmation.Get a better staff.

Waited an hour at the drive thru to order. They took my order which was crunchy tacos and when I arrived to the window after a long wait the employees said that they were out of tacos and hod no more tacos. Why take my order and make me wait in the first place!? 3 employees standing at the window laughing instead of trying to help the customers. All they did was make faces and laugh. Worst experience! Please hire new people or take the time to give them proper customer service training!

This particular store needs to do one of two things. Either hire more well trained, eager to work employees OR just come to the realization that the current employee's just can't handle such high volume of customers at any given time. As for the food itself, I personally have never had a reason to complain nor had heard of anyone having a complaint about the FOOD.

I Love Taco Bell, but no matter the time or location you will be waiting for at least a half hour for food. This location does have a faster drive thru, then most. Taco bell should be taken off the fast food list for a while.

SUPER FILTHY!!! The order was missing nachos and the tacos had beef that had been watered down. Completely soggy tacos. The icee was filled half full. I went back for a credit and the manager was rude to say the least. She only gave me $12 credit (so she said) and gave me the original receipt back with my card…..wait it gets worse!!! I saw the cook take the warming tray out of the oven which was crusted with cheese and wipe it on the trash can and then stick it back in the oven!!! I will be calling the health department and will NEVER return. None of the employees wore gloves.

This is a decent Taco Bell as far as Taco Bell’s go.It’s 100x better in person drive through than door dashed. You will not be given meat through DoorDash, and they will forget something.In person you get plenty of meat and they don’t usually forget anything.

I ordered something that on the app is 10 dollars cheaper. Was disappointed when they wouldn't honor it. 31.00 for 12 tacos? 20 on the app.However, they are the only one open late in Thornton and the food was hot and fresh.

I would give a '0' stars if there was an option. Last time we visited they took our order wrong through drive through. We told them about it they told us to go around and re-order. Picture that, go around and go through the long drive trough because they messed up. We asked for the manager and he didn't want to talk to us - we could hear him in the back speaking Spanish. Finally some other female employee pretended to be the manager. We didn't get our missing item and just decided to place a complaint. Looked up a phone number for corporate and turns out there is none. I ended up filling out some online questionnaire.
