We ordered two fairly simple sandwiches for delivery. Neither sandwich was correct. One sandwich only had 1 meat out of the four that were ordered. Neither sandwich had onions. We called the store and the young man insisted that he checked the sandwiches after they were made and they were correct. I guess we just don't know what we ordered or what we were eating!!! ?

The only location I go to. They are always made great and perfect amount of toppings. The staff is friendly and the place is clean, nothing else I can ask for.
Dont write reviews often but whoever is currently managing this location needs to step it up. Employees don't even know what goes in each sandwich. Looking up at the menu pictures to try to put stuff together. Not a good look.
If I could give zero Stars I would this was the worst experience I ever had at any restaurant I have ever went to. I put in an online order and when I got there they told me that it hadn't gone through their system. I explained that it went through my account I showed him the app and show that they had gone through on my end of things but he kept saying that there was nothing they could do until it went through their system. He kept second guessing where I had ordered it from and he kept second-guessing me. Then after another customer called to check and see if they're on my order went through he finally told me that it won't charge my account even though it shows that it did charge my account on my end of things. Needless to say I will never use Subway's app or you Subway ever again I will just stick with Firehouse Subs or another place close by because they're better service and better sandwiches.
Food was ok. I just felt like we were almost rushed up out of there because it was 8:40pm and they closed at 9. Well I guess it just seemed rude. One of the workers specifically said as we sat down " you know we close in 20 minutes?" Wow really!
The guys who make the sandwiches are very nice but the bakd guy there I belive is the owner or manager is pretty rude, I used a cupon to buy obe foot long get one free and ge bother to come to the front to let me know that his location doesnt take that kind of cupins but he hasnt recived his sign to let customers know. I buy subway very often but I know im never going back to that location there us another one on 120th and colorado they are more profesional and polyte there.
Came in yesterday around 3 PM and there was a bit of a line, however the young man behind the counter didn’t fail to keep his cool and stayed in a friendly manner while quickly getting everyone their food & drinks. Definitely can say I will be coming back again, wonderful service! :)
An employee behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful on Saturday 1/8/2022 at approximately 1 p.m. He clearly is very immature and needs to be schooled on customer service and diplomacy. This falls on the management at this store. I will not be returning and doing business at the Subway at 10376 Colorado Blvd.
Place was a reck only 2 employees and one of them was just standing around and not helping what so ever when I got to pay he was rude completely unnecessary do not suggest
