Watered down drinks and bad customer service
Don't bother, haven't been there in a while because the coffee was inconsistent and expensive. hasn't changed
They have signs that say download the app and earn rewards yet when you give them your code to scan, they are completely rude when saying they can’t scan it.. apparently you have to have a gift card linked or something, she just kept saying she needed a barcode. Partially their systems fault but they could be a little nicer when explaining why they can’t scan the QR codes.
Tried to give me a cup of old luke warm coffee. When I asked for fresh brewed Bianca was super rude about it. The other two seem nice but if you care about customer service avoid Bianca and her old cold coffee. Can't even believe how rude she is.

Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for 1 drink. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. They were very snarky and said nothing about the wait.
I really like this Starbucks ... sometimes I make a special trip to this one as I’ve always have a wonderful experience with the ladies working here .. they have always been quick and friendly.. thank you guys!

Consistently slow service for what appears to be no legitimate reason, we sat in the drive thru for 15 mins with only two cars in front of us and no one inside the store. So how it takes that long to make a couple drinks is beyond me. This Starbucks has consistently been this way since it opened. I would give it zero stars if I could. And when we got to the menu to order we were told to hold on twice by the employee before our orders was taken, having to repeat the order twice. If I decide to return to any Starbucks again it will definitely not be this one, I would rather drive out of my way to avoid this location at all costs!
