According to the store hours for this Starbucks, it should have been open until 9:00 p.m. on the Friday we visited. It was closed at 8:20 p.m. as well as nearly every other store in the strip mall. Sad.
Busy place but line moves fairly quickly. A little time waiting on drinks but again moved fairly quickly.
Got my dragon fruit drink, but lots of ice. I forgot to ask for lite ice. Coconut milk with dragon fruit was a good combination. The staff was nice and efficient.
Seems like a lot of people who visit this location have trouble getting light ice when asked and unfortunately, it happened to me. I didn’t even realize until I finished my drink in 5 seconds to my surprise. Employees are really nice, but I just don’t understand how this looks like light ice. I eventually asked for another one and the girl was super nice about it.
Walked in 10 mins before close and was told my drink couldn't be made because the espresso machine was already cleaned for the night.Closing at 9 should mean just that, take all orders/customers till 9 then clean and leave. Not start cleaning early. It's close by 9 not leave by 9. It's unfortunate they turned a customer away. Especially a night shift worker who was just looking to start the night with a Starbucks.

I came here to the outlets for the first time and they were so nice!! I had bought a drink in another Starbucks before I got to the outlets and they made it gross so i went in this Starbucks and the barista noticed me adding creamer to it( fyi i had not drank any yet, but it was so murky brown when it should've been creamy) and asked if the drink was made wrong. We told her it was, but we got it at another location and she exchanged it for us there. So kind! She made it even better than I have ever had that coffee made. I'm definitely going there again and recommending it to all because it's not always easy finding kind people during these hard times that make your coffee amazing ?
