The guy with the black curly hair that works in the evenings is awesome! Always does a great job and makes sure my coffee is correctly made as well as nice and friendly and remembers people. The rest of the staff is very nice but whoever this guy is is wonderful!
I have had some really good drinks from this location but lately I have been really disappointed.. I always get a Doppio expresso, 2 pumps of white mocha and 2 percent milk.when I went they forgot to put the expresso shots in my drink and then last time they only filled it up half way when all the other times and locations fill my drink up. Just kind of disappointing.
They aren’t consistent with anything but not getting the drinks correct. I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt for the past months during Covid but it is really bad. Coffee tastes burnt, drinks aren’t made correctly. Really lovely group and welcoming but all the drinks are made pretty poorly. I ordered a Frappuccino today and it was awful.
It was ok at best. Never had a frappucino cup filled 1/4 on the bottom with whipped creme and the top 1/8th also whipped creme. Set up on the counter for me to figure out it was mine. I suggest taking customers name and advising them when it's ready like all of the others do. The drink tasted fine but I didn't pay 6+ bucks for whipped creme in just under half of the venti cup.
Normally things go smoothly don't always get my drink made right but shrug it off even though I spend quite a bit but today had to be the worst I always order through the app today the girl in the my sister is a marine shirt greets me hands me a drink and says have a nice day I respond I have another drink and a warmed bakery item a minute or two later hands me my other drink and says have a nice day I had to ask for my bakery item that wasn't warmed it seemed as she was getting annoyed
Just another "short staffed" business establishment feeling sorry for themselves because they don't pay their employees enough and therefor don't have enough help to manage their business. Stopped by this morning for a coffee just to find the line was clear out to the street. Ridiculous. Increase your wages and get some staff, you're slapping your customers in the face with these long lines.
Quick background of me: 4 months ago, my inner status are: My mom has stage 4 breast cancer (she maybe only has Jan or Feb 2022 to live), other hardships, and have felt like I lost majority of what I have and who I am.I stumbled into this Starbucks. Nice and clean, and spacious. What helped me get through my difficult times are the staff here----- They are SO friendly and their positive vibes (and energy) are out of this world. Every now and then, some Britney spears, BSB, NSYNC, or Bonjovi songs would play... and it becomes such a lively party here. I love it. Definitely, my perspective have changed. The gift of helping one another and the genuine joy plus seeing it action... gave me such a motivation. All in all, thank you for the great experience. I'll be moving soon and I'll cherish these great experiences that you all had unknowingly gifted me. :D
I’m so close to this Starbucks, but find myself going to the location on 136th because they’re much more helpful, hardly have issues and make my drink right every time. My husband and I are done coming here! ZIGGIS IS FINALLY ALMOST OPEN ?
Our Golden Colorado Starbucks has an awesome staff. Friendly and helpful. They insure your order is is correct.
The staff here are very nice and orders are quick. Never been disappointed
