Hands down the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! I have traveled all over the United States and never have been to one like this! Waited 30 mins in line, which is fine especially if they are busy. But as I was placing my order the young man taking my order was extremely rude, impatient, non helpful and ignored me when I asked for the total. I then proceeded to pull to the window where I waited another 10 mins to be greeted by the same young man. I choose not to say anything to him, and consistently dealt with his rude behavior and insulting comments towards my appearance and voice. He stepped away slammed the window shut and I was left sitting there another 5-10 minutes waiting on a water. A nice young lady came to the window and asked if that was all I was waiting on. I replied yes, and asked her if the young man was ok? She made excuses for him and the establishment which is not her fault. So far customer service -100….. Now I have pulled off and have received my coffee (which were half full as well as leaking on the straws cup holder, my car)and food to realize the coffees are incorrect and the food was slung together very unappetizing and looked inedible. -please do not waste your money on this particular establishment. You will regret it!
Loren, Jackson, Marwa, and Ryan are ALWAYS so amazing and kind! I visit this location often and have honestly made good friends with their team! It's always nice to see them before a hectic day at work! 12/10 recommend this location over any other!! :)
Bad attitude. Coffee and bannanut bread 9.98 gave the girl 21.00 couldn't figure out my change 2 times tolder her to keep the change and the exter dollar, she owed me 10.00 back got a bad attitude said said I didn't need to be so upset.

This place is super slow. Ten minutes for a simple double espresso is ridiculous. They had about ten people or so behind the counter and it was still taking super long.
This is the third time they got my order wrong, I ordered the London fog latte and they just straight up gave me tea, no milk none of the vanilla pumps that it's supposed to have. The people are nice and friendly but they dont know what they're doing.
This is my daily Starbucks I enjoyed coming here to get my coffee fix the staff is sweet and nice but this afternoon changed that for me. “Katie” was so rude and unfriendly and far from professional especially being the manager. They overcharged me and was so short and rude with me. It’s a bummer because I did like this location her attitude makes this Starbucks look very bad.

Normally love this location, have never had any issues, staff is normally so friendly and nice but unfortunately my interaction with Chloe this morning was anything but friendly and nice, I am truly saddened to see such rude and angry people join your wonderful staff.
