This location ALWAYS gives me a hard time about how I order my drink and tried to correct me and change it to charge me more. This is the ONLY location that does this and it’s very annoying

Starbucks is the altamente coffee shop.. However they need to put back the customer self server cream and sugar.. they never give me the amount of sweetener I want

The worst “espresso” I’ve ever had. You know when you get a totally white latte that it’s going to be brunt. Well. This one tasted like someone vomited into a cup. Never again. They know their espresso is junk be junk but serve it anyway then don’t even offer a refund.
Great customer service, always friendly and fast. Odd that the staff doesn’t have a tip jar.
This place is ok but lacks the training that the other Starbucks have. Several times they have screwed up our coffee but you can tell they’re uneasy or unsure if they’re making it right. Often we order oak milk drinks because of a lactose intolerance and they have used regular. I wish cooperate would send someone to retrain and refresh the employees knowledge. The employees are always nice and pleasant though. You also can skip the long lines of the stand alone Starbucks by going to this one but like I said you also have to compromise the quality of your drinks

The ladies who work there are friendly and make a great cup of tea or coffee!
