How does this place run out of cold brew every other day? It's really frustrating. This is a coffee shop. Your computer tells you how much to order to keep up with demand. Why is this a recurring problem? I'd understand if you ran out of donuts or oatmeal.... But coffee? For real? And so often?

Went through the drive thru tonight and ordered an iced chai. Got a hot one and told the lady it was supposed to be iced. She told me sorry. Went and poured the hot one over ice. Nastiest watered down drink I've ever had.

Incredibly rude service! A tall blonde served me and had such an attitude, I come here almost everyday for a pick me up and love some of the workers I interact with but this was beyond ridiculous, I can’t believe Starbucks would allow someone with such bitterness work here. I will not be coming back.

Best brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso in Thornton! I've gotten it from other locations around and it either tastes like milk, cinnamon or just a little bitter but the crew here always makes it perfectly!

Holding my 2 year old daughter buying $42 in merchandise and told to scan it myself by a pink haired child. What exactly is she being paid for? Genuinely curious. I will never visit this location again.

Went through the drive Thru, got my drink took one sip and a long hair came out with the sip stuck to the ice. I brought it back and didn't even get a sorry. Just \\\"Oh ill just remake it for you\\\" oh okay. No hair this time would be great!! (:

We were stuck in the line some over 35 min only to be told they could only make small drinks. When I mentioned it would have been nice to put out a sign or have an employee go out and let people know the lady just blew me off. I said it would have been nice for the manager to just comp us a small drink for making us wait for over 35 min and being stuck in the line to just sit. She ignored that comment and said they were really busy and closed window

Excessively long wait times, terrible customer service, inconsistent drink taste from other Starbucks locations, the people who work there seem miserable and have no sense of urgency to help, they are often out of both drink ingredients and bakery items.

McKenzie did an exceptional job. She is a professional and incredibly pleasant worker. Will definitely be back! Great customer service!!

Unfortunately, my past two experiences have not been great here. The only reason I returned after the first time, and left 3 stars instead of 1 is because of the people. In both experiences, the people that helped me were very kind and friendly. However, I spent 30 mins in the drive thru both times. There were not that many cars, and drinks were taking anywhere from 7-12 minutes to make. I understand understaffing may be the issue, which is why I applaud the people who helped me for keeping a calm and friendly persona. However, I was told later by a friend that the location may have had some espresso machines go out and that was probably the reason behind the delay. This would have been good information to pass down through the speaker or on a sign outside the location. Other than that, my drinks tasted good and the people were great.
