Worst Starbucks ever!!! I will NEVER go back. They had my order sitting on a dirty counter with flies all around, I feel bad for whoevers food was sitting there. I had 4 drinks and they had no carrier. My drinks were not made well at all and the teen was very very rude. I will go farther to get better service! I removed my tip immediately.
I come here every morning before work. Everyone is very nice but it always takes FOREVER. I'm always doing a mobile order so Im not late but I always wait 5-10 mins and its very rare that my drink gets made correctly. And the parking lot is absolutely terrible, when its even a bit easy its hard to get in and out because nobody knows where to go. I'm about to give up coming to this location, I have waisted so much money on incorrectly made drinks when I don't have the time to wait for it to get remade!
Staying at a nearby hotel and ordered a breakfast sandwich yesterday. When I got it the inside was cold. Today we wend back and ordered 3 drinks and only received 2. When I told the lady in the drive through that we had ordered one more she looked at me with a blank stare and then got her manager. The manager came to the window and said we are charging you for that third drink. We obviously had full intention of paying for the 3 drinks that we ordered but they should have corrected their mistake. This is terrible business practice and a bad representation of Starbucks as a company. Starbucks has always been known for great customer service and this was not it.

Speedy drive thru service, pleasant helpful staff, yummy new cinnamon shortbread latte on happy hour! Perfect experience! Thank you!Update: I haven't been to this location in awhile and you can tell the staffing is under par. They were all very nice but there just wasn't enough staff for this busy time of day. I went inside because the drive through line was so long and was at a standstill. I decided on drip coffee as the cashier said she could get it right away. But then she proceeded to ring in another 8 orders and forgot about me. When I did get it it tasted like it was an old brew from possibly when the place opened that morning 3-4 hours before. I'm not opposed to waiting but would have ordered more of a fancy drink had I known I'd be waiting just as long for old coffee. I will opt for other locations or places in the future.
This location is really nice. The staff are always helpful and seem to actually enjoy their jobs. Small shop and a somewhat limited food menu, but still tasty stuff & of course great coffee. It's also clean as a whistle and has cozy seating.
Hit the drive thru to get my wife her coffee. It was rather busy, but the line moved fairly quick and the staff was very friendly.
I wish I got her name, because my server did a great job, courteous, down to earth and professional, everything came out great and exactly how I ordered.
Love this Starbucks, I go out of my way to come to this one for friendly service and great coffee made the same way every time.
Merry Christmas Baristas!!! You are all rockstars being there today, I saw the crazy amount of mobile orders coming in and am amazed you can do all that. I hope you all get to go home soon!
