The two young ladies working 7/11 were very friendly. I was informed there would be a wait for my cold brew... but this is worth waiting for! Was asked if there was enough cream in my cold brew and they kindly added more. Short wait, friendly service.

Like coming to friendly starbucks. Yes there a wait sometimes, but ever since COVID everyone has been short staff. I find it funny the people that rated it a 1 for long wait. Yet I see them ordering coffee! ?
Kenza, and Chyann have great customer service. I like how they take pride in what they do, and ask if my drink is to my satisfaction.
Worst Starbucks Ever. Every single time I'm in here I wait at least 10-15 minutes for them to make my drinks. The baristas are so slooooooooow. I do not recommend this Starbucks if you are in a rush. They will definitely make you late.
Went in today and was there for 15 minutes and didn't even get to order. Three girls were working and the girl taking orders wouldn't take more orders until her previous order was made and given to customer. Myself and the guy in front of me walked off because it was taking too long just to ORDER..
