My Super sonic breakfast burrito was missing tater tots and was also made with the junior burrito tortillas. The gal I spoke to apologized and fixed it for me. Super friendly customer service.
So the manager that works today April 7th at 1pm needs to be fired. She's the same manager that worked on Mar 18th at 630pm. Who's crew messed up my 26 dollar order and instead of getting a bacon bacon hamburger meal I got a Jr cheeseburger that had soggy bread and so did my son. So on March 23rd I go get the gift card this manager, (who refuses to give me her name and says stuff to customers like "ok ok can I talk or what" like she's talking to a friend not in a professional management setting) I get the giftcard and go to use it and it did not work. I call the number on the back and the lady on the 1800 number told me I need to go back to the store because the manager never activated the card or put money on it. I still have the unactivated card she gave me with the message sorry for the inconvenience on it. This has been almost a whole month and nothing has been resolved!!! This store steals money from.people. I sure couldn't get away with not paying for food. So how is this place allowed to rip people off.
Manager states she cant honer 1/2 price drinks even though it is the stores fault as they are having internet issues preventing the app to work. Clams there is no way of overriding this. Nothing but excuses every time I go to this location.
They shut down early bc they feel like it I guess. They also will take car port orders and not drive thru for a long time. By the time I got to the window they basically said all they had was drinks. Waste of time. Called management and she hung up on me. a bunch on immature kids working there 10/10 don't recommend try the dairy queen they are young too but better customer service and they don't just close early in a Friday night
This is the worst place of business with the worst customer service so if you like good customer service do not go to this store. I place an order drive all the way home and it's completely wrong I'm just gonna just build it and eat what I had but the food was soggy like it had been sitting there for hours before they even get gave it to me so I called the store and the manager refuses to give me my money and cash because there's a car hop forgot to put my receipt on the bag or on a drain like they normally. So they give me a gift card OK I go and try to use the gift card and it doesn't work I called to activate the gift card that doesn't work there's no option on the number to activate the card I go on the website there's no option activate the card just reload or check balance so anyways I go to use it and it's not working. I didn't even leave the store after they gave me the gift card and tried to use it and the gift card wouldn't work the manager wouldn't help me all she said was oh what we're not trained on how to activate gift cards and if you can't activate it then there's nothing I can do I already gave you the gift card. So I asked for the general manager and she refused to give me any information on the general manager probably because she's afraid to lose her job horrible I will never return to this place of business ever
I'm not sure if it's the location, but the food did not taste as good as I thought it would. Food was pricey for two small items. Staff was friendly, but the service took awhile. Thirty minutes through the drive thru.
I was there around 12:30pm. I live 3 blocks away. The food was cold and hard when I got home. You could tell my food had been sitting in the warmer for awhile. For being lunch time, you’d think the food would be fresh. This is my first time going to this location and I don’t really want to go back.
This is the closest Sonic to my house so naturally this is where we go. I’ll say my order is always complete unlike most fast food places, however the girls that work here are always rude as hell. Other than that this is my go to for my ocean waters ??
Ordered a grape slushie and a double sonic burger with bacon and onion rings, i don't know what they put in the batter to make the onion rings taste sweet kinda reminded me of a funnel cake but i aint mad my order was perfect.
Night manager or whoever the manager is (Female) was absolutely rude. I couldn’t hear her on the intercom which seemed to make her mad. She asked me to pull forward and I asked if a certain item came with fries and if not if I could order some. She was rude, took my card and slammed the window on me multiple times. Threw my card at me and then said she wasn’t serving me anymore. I get they’re short staffed but I was just trying to order some food. If you cannot maintain yourself and be polite to customers don’t work in customer service and don’t become a manager. Someone should reevaluate who they hire let alone promote to manager!
