Went with a 11 people and had some pretty poor food. Pho was soft and the broth had a burnt taste. I ordered tomyum and it was nothing like Thai tomyum; too sweet and no real flavor. A friend ordered the bun and the noodles were over cooked.The appetizers were not bad though. My toro boba was a little blan.
I don't write reviews, especially negative. However, I felt the need to warn others not to waste their time or money.I've called for pickup the last two days and they have left me on the phone in silence. Today, we got as far as, "what would you like?". After that, it was basically waiting for me to hang up.I tried to order, waiting for a confirmation/reply from them during any of the interaction. I continued to say, "hello?" while hearing (what I assume) is the gentlemen's phone, movie, TikToks, whatever it may be.Nothing, no response. Mildly frustrating to hang up after being ignored for a minute.Their customer service is repulsive. I guess they don't want pickup orders or business?I recommend Saigon Basil instead. Much better food and service.
Nice beef pho, but I ordered a takeout, and they didn't give me a receipt, chopsticks and napkins, and I never had similar experience in at least 50-60 vietnamise restaurants countrywide. So I had to walk for another half mile back, therefore, I'll gladly strip 2 stars away.
The crawfish we had were fresh and well seasoned. The 2 gentleman waiters kept checking on our table, refilling our water, and napkin. The spicy seafood noodle was also good. Glad I gave this place a chance.
Would put 0 stars if possible!!!!!Today we walked in 8:30 and as soon as we walked in they very rudely said take out only.Makes no sense as sign on the door says open until 9:30pm. They should adjust their sign and say until 8:30 and 9:30 for take out. I would understand 30 minutes before closing but not an hour. If that is the case change hours. Never coming back again! ???This review is for THIS LOCATION!!! I will not delete!!
If i can give no stars i would!!!! I have never been so disgusted by a place like this one. The waiter was mad because we asked to speak to a manager and started kicking us out with bad words. He was even more upset when i told him it was false advertising saying they close at 9:30 when they really close at 8:30. He then called a so called manager that was even ruder than him telling us to get the Fu$& out with more insults following that. I will for sure contact health department, BBB and make sure they not too even recommend but make sure everyone knows about the HORRIBLE service.
This place has a whole lot of issues . The first being there was a bug in my food. Manager said "this happens a lot because you never know what's flying around " called it a fly , it was far from a fly. Second , they brought ONE cup of water when there was 2 of us , I asked for another water and Never received it. Customer service here is pretty pathetic. Third , they brought us one napkin and one thing of silverware, again there was TWO of us. Then when I tried to get the guys attention he straight ignored me and kept talking to another coworker. Finally , when I showed Manager the bug he said I'll give you 15% off . When the bowl should've been free ! Because I didn't even much of the pho. What a joke this place is . Pretty sad that we couldn't even enjoy our dinner.
So to start, I like this place. Tonight has not been a positive experience. There is only 2 tables and they had the rest of the night as take out only. And it took 15 mins to get a bowl of rice. Great food usually, but super salty this go around. Manager or front desk guy looks like he needs a new job. Not bad place but maybe there's something that changed. I'm willing to give this place one more chance but I don't know why the quality of service went downhill.
Got there late Sunday night about an hour before they closed. Service was pretty slow, however the quality of the food made up for the wait. Garlic glazed wings were amazing, Pho was very high quality with excellent flavor. Sesame Chicken was also delicious. Will absolutely visit again when in the area.
I come in to be seated and the gentleman at the counter couldn’t here me through by mask, and he very rudely “shouted” at me.He didn’t greet us or anything. I have very bad social anxiety, and he made my experience SO much more worse.He had a disgusting look on his the whole time he interacted with me, I was very polite with him.Rolled his eyes when my kids and I ordered our food.I will never ever come back to this place, he made my experience so uncomfortable, I actually went home and cried. I had no complaints with our food though.
