Decided to try out a new place to eat this weekend. Margaritas were absolutely delicious! Chefs and servers were kind as well. Tacos are on the high price end about 4.50-5 dollars each. Husband got the Birria tacos and I got the Mole enchiladas. Everything was delicious. Enchiladas were plenty of food with lots of veggies. My only complaint would be I wished the Enchiladas came a bit more smothered. Didn't have enough sause as traditional Enchiladas would.

The drinks are strong, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is relaxed. They have a fun menu with fresh ingredients, friendly and attentive staff, and even a nice welcoming interior with a giant tv wall and several murals.I went in tonight with a friend for dinner and drinks and we both had a great time. We each had the El Patron to drink, split the nachos with Al pastor, and had 3 tacos each. This was my second time here and both experiences were enjoyable.

I’m from Texas so it’s nice to get some authentic Mexican food. We are used to Tex Mex. I ordered Barbados enchiladas and one chicken tinga taco. It was hot and fresh. Great meal.

While staying at a hotel nearby we stumbled upon the Rosa Mexican Kitchen and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad we did! The place was packed and had this really great energy. Everyone was having a great time. Within only a few minutes they sat us on a lovely outdoor porch with cafe lights and umbrellas. Service was fast and friendly and they offered a full bar as well as an extensive menu of classic Mexican dishes. The chicken soup was amazing, a generous portion in a funky bowl that was enough for a whole meal. We also had the Carne Asada, perfectly cooked and very authentic. The server took very good care of us and the owner stopped by to check in on how we were doing. It was completely lovely and very reasonable priced. A couple of beers and two meals came out to right at $40! Whether you are local or in town in business like we were, don't miss this gem.

Rosa's is close to a 5 star. Drinks were great. Food very good. Music was way too loud, had to shout to have a conversation. They do need a host as we waited for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. I've lucky to have dined at some of the top restaurants. The wait staff should show personality besides taking an order, they should explain the drinks and dishes with enthusiasm.

The BEST authentic Mexican food in the area. Absolutely delicious. I tried the margarita flight, the Tijuana tacos, Ahi Tuna Ceviche, Chicken Tortilla soup. Everything was superb. I appreciated the great service from Adriana as well.

Very pricey for enchiladas and small portions. I ordered Pasole with pork and when I stirred my spoon through it I noticed there was no hominy in it but lots of small chunks of pork fat that they were pawning off as hominy. After eating a third piece of fat thinking it was over cooked hominy I had enough. When I told the waitress she brought it back to the chef and they told me there is no more Pasole and what the gave me was the bottom of the batch without hominy. All those little pieces of fat were being substituted for hominy. If the chef is playing this game with one menu item I'm guessing he is altering other items. I'm not happy and won't return .

We have been here a handful of time and it has been an enjoyable experience each time.Margaritas are wonderful- they have unique flavors/combinations and the menu seems new or tweaked each time we visit, which is fun.The tacos we had tonight were fantastic. The plating and presentation was great, waitress delivered everything fairly quickly, and flavor was perfect.Enjoy!

The fried avocado taco is a personal favorite but every taco I've tried has been fantastic. Husband got the carne asada fries and those were absolutely delicious, even as left overs for breakfast the next day! I had the margarita flight and they make them strong, and oh so delicious. This is seriously my new favorite restaurant!

They have really really good Mexican food and I love How they’ve made it upscale and elevated traditional Mexican food. Really good food and amazing plating, we’ve done takeout and dine in and they were both worth every penny. I definitely recommend trying all of the tacos.
