Ordered online. Notified that order was ready. Attempted to walk inside restaurant to find sign on entry door stating “Dinning room closed due to cleaning.” With employees looking from inside signally that what looked like “No”. However I ordered online. One employee walked to other door and I stated I was there for an online order. To which they haven’t completed because they didn’t have the meat I wanted. Which was fine. Then as I waited I just watched be annoyed and make fun of customers because they were trying to come in and order. “Can they not read a sign? OMG they are so dumb.” However the sign wasn’t exactly clear. Seeing that you could still order online but someone can’t order to go? Probably won’t comeback here. Lack of professionalism being the main reason. If your employees are going to make fun of or criticize customers make sure there isn’t any customers in the restaurant.

My burrito was so tiny, it could literally fit inside of a Big Mac box. The thing is, every time I've ordered delivery from this location, they are always super small. I've reached out to Qdoba customer service every time there was an issue...and nothing has changed. This time I had enough, so I took my mini-burrito back to the store, showed the manager...and this was her response(s)...1. "The portions are the same, we just wrap them differently" - not true2. "The cost of ingredients has increased because of inflation, we are instructed to "portion differently" - not true3. "Customers have been spoiled by getting big burritos for years, we are now making them with correct portions" (aka smaller?)Her story kept changing, and after her last comment, I couldn't take any more of the lunacy. This was completely asinine. I asked for the contact information of the General Manager or Franchise Owner to provide some feedback. Are they aware of what their team members are doing...and saying? She said she was out of business cards and couldn't help.What a joke!

Went to qdoba to use my free qdoba cards from a previous visit where it was messed up and there was a sign on the door to order online. Asked them if we could still use our two cards for our free meals but was told to go to Huron location. It was gonna be free anyway? Not sure what the issue was but we went to chipotle instead or the Huron location since it was closer. Probably the last time I try this qdoba as well.

Carrie at this location is phenomenal. My wife and I ordered food way too late, and had to call because DoorDash didn't have the options we wanted to add/remove extra ingredients(very, very annoying of us) and carrie went above and beyond with a wonderful attitude to accommodate us. Very pleased! Thank you!

Look at this right here. This is what you get for 13 dollars. An unfilled bowl of rice and beans. Maybe a little bit of meat if you’re lucky. Forget about the fajita veggies, we’ll give you 3 peppers and one onion.What a joke.Editing for another reason. Look at this bag of chips. (Lid for height reference.) It has a handful and a half of chips in it. The CEO of Qdoba must’ve been filling online orders tonight, because their margins we’re looking REALLY good tonight.

This place is amazing, great staff very friendly and fantastic food

Why bother ordering ahead(hours ahead) ? Showed up on time for our food to be ready lobby was basically empty but order wasn't ready. Asked manager eta her answer is we have a screen of orders and only 1 person filling them. They have 4 people working the line for walk-ins oh and there were very few walk ins think they need to have better resource utilization and better customer service. Telling a customer that they have a full board and don't know when it will be ready.

Got Uber Eats delivery. Got the Build Your Own Tortilla SOUP. They literally got everything…….except the soup part. How does that even happen. Love QDOBA, hate this location. I would have just gotten a bowl.

Went in to eat literally two hours before close when the rude attendant told me the lobby's closed for the night for deep cleaning. Clean your lobby after close! Ridiculous. Chipotle just got a new regular.

The food was decent, the guacamole was a bit bland. The service wasn't great. The employees working today weren't very helpful or friendly. They went out of their way to avoid giving us a new tortilla for my burrito even though it was torn in a couple places. We asked for a second tortilla in case the torn one they wrapped falls apart and they said they would only give us another one if they charged us. Not super helpful.
