Stood on line behind a customer for over 7 minutes. Once the customer was served, I was told that the lobby was closed by a young lady with fake 2 inch studded nails serving food. Wish I would have noticed sooner, as a food server should definitely not have painted studded fake nails on while handling food - walked out...
Extremely bad service. Made me wait for 10 minutes in the parking lot just for a sandwich. In which I had to walk in myself to get my own sandwich. And on the op of it they had no clue where my sandwich was. Seriously, it was just one sandwich. What is so hard about that. And they didn't even apologize.
This place is trash, I love popeyes but the service here isn’t worth paying for the food even. A Friday at 7 pm and a 20 minu wait for the #1 chicken sandwich only?! No napkins or sauces ever either. Don’t waste your time here.
The customer service was SURPRISEDLY REALLY GOOD! Nice ladies. I would have given 5 STARS, But they forgot my biscuits! ?
Show up at 2140 (940pm) to hear they're closed and I say you don't close till 10. They say they're sold out. Well that's silly. This isn't barbecue, this is Popeyes where food goes in the frier. Anyway dont show up expecting to get served till they close. Go somewhere else.
just came from here, when i got home i checked and the gave me only 3small cups of macaroni when it’s supposed to be 2 large ones i ordered the 14pc family deal 14pc original chicken,2 large sides,7biscuits! once i got home i checked the bag and found those 3 small cups and no biscuits $33 for 14pc and 3 small sides?!? outrageous i do not recommend coming here.
Things are moving a little slow and it appeared they were understaffed but everyone was courteous. I always like the spicy chicken and it didn't disappoint though they didn't deliver my all dark order as requested.
Popeye's always has the best fried chicken, but this time it and the biscuits were a little dry. I've never in maybe 10+ years experienced dry chicken or biscuits from Popeye's so I was a little surprised and bummed. We'll go back for sure hoping this was a fluke. Red beans & rice and mashed potatoes were yummy as always. ?
The location this time was 104th and Colorado. Food is good as always, but the sandwich we got was Satan level spicy and not a regular, so the kiddo was not a fan. Service could be tightened up a bit and a sign on the main door indicating it's drive thru only would help
Service sucked! Ordered 10 chicken nuggets and large mac and cheese. Took half hour because they had said they had to cook the nuggets. It was at 4 pm. Really?! And the food was cold. Not nice!
