I wish the chicken was more crispy but over all its almost same as rest of Popeyes....fast service ..good parking and it's beside 711 (bonus)

Genuine worst service I've ever had at any fast food place. I don't usually write reviews, and never a negative one, but I felt compelled this time.I ordered online on the app, and got there over half an hour before close. When we arrived, we sat at the speaker for more than five minutes, even though there were no other customers in the lobby or drive through. Totally fine, important stuff pops up sometimes; I get it. (In hindsight though, I think they were pretending to be closed and hoping I would go away if they waited long enough.)Once they actually answered and I told them I had an online order, they told me they don't accept online orders half an hour before close. Fine, whatever, but I had already paid, it was 9:20, and my receipt said "Order #44 will be ready soon!" I told them this, and they insisted that they wouldn't have it. I really had to push for them to even look, and once they did, they said they had it.Then they told us they had no more tenders and I would have to substitute them. Totally fine, you run out of stuff sometimes; except when we got to the window, they gave us no tenders and NO SUBSTITUTION. The spicy chicken sandwiches we ordered had NO sauce, and the fries were just thrown at the bottom of the bag, in an amount that was DEFINITELY less than the medium I ordered. This is the SECOND TIME in a ROW I have nearly been denied an order for seemingly no reason at all, AFTER I already paid. If I didn't have the receipt both times, I am sure they would have done nothing. Seems like at around an hour before close, everyone stops wanting to do anything. I hate working fast food too, but you don't just stop doing anything an hour before close when people have already paid. Genuinely ridiculous.

We eat here a few times a month. The food is always great and I love the staff. They are always friendly and fast. It was a rough patch during the pandemic but this new team simply couldn’t be better. Thanks for the great service and food.

I asked if they had the tackle box. Guy at drive thru says yes, but they don't have butterfly shrimp, it would be popcorn. I said I'd take 2. I ordered a 2 piece meal ND asked for 2 drumsticks. He said he couldn't do that and he only had white meat. I said let's change that to a 3 piece tender dinner. I also asked for a classic chicken sandwich. I didn't think it odd when the total was only 14.08 as things are wonky in life right now. I paid. He said pull forward to the door and they would bring it out. All they brought was the tender meal. I was told to fo through the drive thru to get it fixed. I just sent 20 minutes in drive thru. I said I'd fo in the dining room. I didn't listen when he said the dining room was closed. I got in line and called the restaurant on the phone. The guy doing drive thru came out with a big order for another car. I rolled my window down and told him he messed up my order. He said he put down what I ordered. I went "Karen." NO YOU DID NOT! At least I wasn't charged for what I did order.

First time at this location today at 7pm. Microphone wasn’t working good during drive thru order. So I had to order it again at a window. Man working there handled it professionally and gave me discount $0.5. Spicy chicken sandwich was fresh and tasty. It was pleasant surprise.

Fish sandwich was great! Popcorn chicken was cold. No dipping sauces available. They were out of chicken sandwiches. This place needs some MANAGEMENT that knows what they’re doing.

I actually have no problem with this Popeyes, visited there several times, drive through anyway because I don’t like dine in. Paper or electronic coupon can be used every time to save some money, customer service is fine. Love their chicken.

Was told to pull up to front, out of drive thru when it wasn't busy, waited and watched them serve 6 other people. Went inside to find out what was going on & they forgot about my order. Was there a week before this ordeal & their "gift card machine" was down to accept my gift card. Will be driving over to 104th from now on

First pulled up (2 hours before they closed mind you) to be told that they only had Spicy Chicken left. They seemed put out that we might wait for them to actually fry more regular.Idk, maybe a bad night for them.Is it me or does Popeyes as a whole need to change their containers? I figure if you're only going to fill them half way; at least make me feel like I'm killing the environment less with smaller containers.

This location has been awful since it opened. They are always out of something or the restaurant is randomly closed. Order accuracy is non existent here. This Popeye's is within walking distance but we usually choose to drive to the one on 84th Ave just to avoid the trouble. We fill out the surveys, when they bother to give us a receipt, but it hasn't made a difference yet.
