Its a popeys. They have some issues with staff being nice and with drive through lines moves like slugs. But other than that its good. They do a good job assembling sandwhiches
Employees don't listen to what you order, and when you finally get your order, it's missing half of what you ordered and they won't do anything about it. Argumentative, very very poor customer service skills if they have any at all
Eat the $3.99 spicy classic chicken sandwich each time i go. Large piece of breast. Price might have gone up now
I Love Popeyes. It's my favorite fried chicken. The staff here were very kind and courteous. And the facility was clean and in good repair. My only complaint was that the food was only acceptable. Not bad, but I know that there is a consistently good way to prepare the food at Popeyes. I feel a few corners were cut, and it showed.Stay on top of that, and the friendly staff here can really shine.
Same kid that everyone is talking about in the BAD reviews is STILL there. I have seen him a handful of times and everytime it's the same, rude, bad attitude, short, no facial expressions, just seems like he hated every moment of being there. He's a short Mexican kid with black frame glasses... we stopped going there and now drive out of are way to go to a different one. Happen to stop there Monday June 6th because we were in a hurry to get to the airport. Couldn't believe that kid was still there, that's why I'm writing up this review! Either get rid of him or give him better training on customer service. Soda machines at drive through are always out of syrup too probably because he doesn't care enough to change it or let someome know it needs to be chnaged...
Thanks for the second time this week to be “out of product” with a DGAF attitude blaming the morning shift for their problems. How can you even be in business when you don’t even know the volume of food needed to efficiently run your restaurant? And as your worker pointed out how can I have been here twice this week it’s only Tuesday. Well that’s pretty easy Sunday I was there and Tuesday I was there. Now I know why there’s no food. Also I know there’s no shortage because the location on Thornton parkway was stocked with hot fresh chicken of all varieties. Everyone should avoid 84th location they don’t deserve to be in business. Well worth the extra effort to go to Thornton parkway location.
Drive-thru service was abrupt. Service was quick. Sandwiches were unlabeled, but we figured it out. "Spicy" is a relative term. Flounder fish sandwiches were good.
The night time crew that was there on the 9th of May just don't seem to care that they have jobs. We were the only people in the drive thru and it took them like 7 or 8 minutes to take out order. I ordered 2 24 count nuggets they said there was absolutely no fries and when we got the nuggets, that I ordered for myself my 2 boys and my mom, they were about the size of grapes and we were jipped a few which normally doesn't bug me...we spent 40 dollars on nothing.
Dude at counter was very rude and short with me and other customers. Was at the counter on the phone while I was sitting there with my wallet ready to order. Claimed they were only serving tenders and most sides, then served customers behind us chicken sandwiches and Mac. Food was at least hot.
Received my food with long hair wrapped around and fried into my chicken! So gross! And Popeyes said management would contact me for a refund but it’s been 3 weeks and nothing.
