We just ordered 3 x #5s shrimp and chicken with a side. They asked us twice what side and we said mash potatoes. Got hone and all three were without a side. I have tried to call the number for the last few hours and it is busy like it is a bad number. Wont be going back there.
Good chicken. Everything else is horrible. Restrooms out of order. Cash only, no cards. No biscuits. No coke in soda machine. Broken menu monitor, could not see menu. No receipt. Dining room unbussed. Come on man ...
I love Popeyes this was not even close to what it should have been. Order wrong twice. No sides. No credit cards inside but credit cards ok at drive thru. Red beans and rice had no flavor. Tasted like water and rice. Told they had no popcorn shrimp for combo, then watched popcorn shrimp dropped in the fryer.Not coming back to this location.
I Went to eat at Popeyes. I was told I could not use the bathroom. The ladies and the men's bathrooms had stickers on the doors that said, out of order. The man told us we could walk next door to Jack in the box.I will call the health department and see what the rules are.
I’m sad I usually love Popeyes but this locations just absolutely horrible. The flys are ice cold, the employees are rude half the time you never even know if this place is open if no one’s in line. My chicken sandwich which was supposed to be spicy was normal I know not a big deal but it kinda is at about 13$ for a box. That’s not the big issue here it’s the fact it was only half cooked that did it for me. The sides were seemingly cooked and crispy but the middle was rock hard and only barley warm. So they either grabbed it from the warming rack after sitting there all day because I was there at about 430pm, or they don’t know how to cook it. ? I will not be back I would rather go to any other location than this one and it’s sad because it’s the closest but I won’t waste my time with the potential food poising waiting to happen. -10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
By far the worst customer service. All the bins had chicken in them. So I guess they felt like they didn't have anything to do.The Women were standing around talking. I stood there for 5 minutes they kept looking at me and then I said are you open? I saw a few people dining in. The poor guy that was doing the drive window stopped came and took my order while those women stood there talking. He stop what he was doing again cus lazy women wouldn't move to help get my order. They just kept on standing, laughing and talking. I felt sorry for the guy.
I usually enjoy Popeye's Chicken. This time around they did not have enough breasts so I offered to take two legs instead of a breast when I got home instead of the two legs thighs and the pieces were so small it was hard to determine if one of the pieces we're a breast.
There’s 6 people behind the counter just standing there and no one could take our order. Meanwhile, all the food is already cooked and sitting there and no one is doing a thing. People really need to do their job better
Why are the majority of good reviews from ‘Local Guides’?Those reviews often sound like a generic advertisement. But non-guide reviews are consistently lower, and in line with the experiences I’ve had here.We literally have not had a single visit here that had the order filled correctly. We’ve only rarely had an apple pie without having to wait ten minutes.I suspect a number of the ‘Local Guide’ reviews are invalid… or maybe Popeye’s will give you better service, food, and get the order right if you happen to be a Guide.
My husband went in to pick up an online order through drive thru they tried to say it's already been picked up. They then said doordash accidentally picked it up. They didn't want to remake it until he walked in the doors. I get the food service industry sucks I used to be a manager for one but dang there's absolutely no excuses for that. Staff needs an attitude adjustment. Also managers said that any pick up order goes through doordash which is a lie. Got upset we actually expected our food after THEIR mistake and told us they wouldn't serve us. That's fine we don't we don't want to come back to this location. Really sad when the other location that's mostly teenagers does their job better.
