Always super fast and super friendly from my own experiences. Although not an in store comment I will always note that their Rewards Support is extremely cool and remember what being a human is like apparently; I logged on about a month ago only to discover my reward points had literally expired 2 days prior. I sent them a message and explained how I was unaware of the impending expiration otherwise I would have redeemed or made a purchase to extend my points expiration date and without even a single question, rude remark, or patronizing remark all my points were restore with another 6 months of life to boot. I can hands down state that Pizza Hut's reward program is 50x better than Domino's flip floppy struggle with whether or not they want to give away some of their bland cardboard to those unfortunate enough to have already choked it down 6 times prior. ?
I had carry out from this store and my pizza was ready when promised and check out was friendly and efficient.
Pizza was prepared correctly. Tasted wonderful and was a great price point.
I ordered from here and wanted to know if their brownies had tree nut allergy information so I called since their website does not have info about this. The person on the phone flat out refused to go look since they were busy. Obviously Pizza Hut doesn't care if my family member goes into anaphylactic shock and dies if they get even a shred of tree nuts with their meal.
The "meaty" pasta had no meat in it what so ever. Also, there was hardly any sauce on any of the pasta. Literally had a tray of baked, dried pasta.
Pizza was dry, hardly any sauce, pepperonis were scorched I assume from sitting under a heat lamp for extended amount of time.
I only ate one piece of my pizza. Without the flavored crust, it has as much personality as a Red Baron frozen pizza. So sad. I am always excited when I get Pizza Hut after a 12 hr day at work. Today really bummed me out. Sorry Pizza Hut.....I believe I am done with you.
I would recommend that if the website orders my pizza from the wrong store, and the wrong store realizes the error, rather than just cancelling my order, they let me know that I need to reorder from the correct store, or better yet, forward my order to the correct store.
My order was made quick the delivery driver got here quick & my food was hot and delicious. I highly recommend this Pizza Hut to anybody especially my friends and family thank you.
