Food is not great nor is service from how long I've waited at the door. I love eating pho and usually don't have anything bad to say but I've ordered mines to go and it was horrible. The portion was small when I've order a large, literally the raw steak wasn't in a bag at all. All the raw blood mixed with the noodles, veggies, and other meats. Since I've order a take out and picked it up myself instead of delivery. I didn't think it was necessary to tip big but the cashier wouldn't allow me to pick 15% at all. He was rude to the point where he left me with the only option of 40%. Guys don't support this behavior. It is good enough we are willing to tip but forcing a certain tip is just straight robbing. I will never go here again and don't recommend it to anyone else. There are better pho around beside this one.
This place is laughable I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes waiting to have a to go order placed,finally I say outloud can I get some service??! And one of the waiters asked what I need I told him can I get a Boba and responds were out and just walks away. I didn't know if I should laugh or ninja kick him. This isn't the first time they have been like this either. Learn some customer service a simple we will be right with you helps and acknowledges the customer learn that!! Ps never order beef here absolutely disgusting
You’d be hard pressed to find a better pho restaurant in colorado. They’re pho recipe is spot on and so consistent. The pho, the noodle and combination plates and the boba is just authentic. The service is the quickest of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.
I have tried so hard to give this place a chance because it’s close to my house. I pay extra for extra meat and noodles because they skimp so bad on even a size LARGE. Just paid $22 for a pho bowl that was the same size as a regular without extra at most other places I go. I’ve asked nicely, I’ve begged for actual portions. Tipped higher. Doesn’t matter. I officially will not be back and will be surprised if this place stays open much longer. Very frustrating
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff is RUDE. They rush you to order, when you say thank you, they ignore you. Our food was delivered and nobody ever came back to check on us. We had one person seat us, another person take our order and another person deliver the food. Service was terrible which led to us not leaving a tip. Upon leaving one employee stared at us the entire time with a dirty look on his face while shaking his head. Take your business elsewhere.
2nd time dining. I enjoyed the food. Thai Tea was great and the vegetable Pho was delicious. A small is perfect for me.
Great food but the service has to change. We have been to the restaurant twice and both times when ordering the waiter makes you feel like he is bothered taking your order and makes you feel like you have to hurry up and order. My question is are they aware of what they are doing and how you make customers feel. Why do that to customers. Then as I wanted to pay I asked the waiter do I pay you or do I at the counter, the waiter pointed to the counter as if I new and mumbled something. Plus when paying the bill I thought I would get a chance to see my receipt of what I ordered but never did, the cashier never asked me if I wanted one. Rude service rude staff, I do not recommend this place if you plan on trying to enjoy yourself. Lost a customer........

This place is fantastic. I love the grilled steak spring rolls, my wife enjoys the regular ones. We both enjoy the steak pho and today I tried the steak and brisket and wow! It was delicious. This will be my new usual. I would highly recommend, service is great and quick while the food is wonderful.
Horrible service. We drive out of the way to come here and eat. We tip between 15-20% I believe that’s good. This instance the guy was super rude and we only tipped 15%. The guy came outside and came up to us and said your bill was $60 and you only tipped 15% don’t come here again….really?? Ridiculous never coming back again. I could of complained about the cold food, and him being rude in the beginning but gave him the doubt he was having a bad day. But to tell us not to come back…ha don’t worry won’t be now!! This is how you lose customers ?♀️?♀️
