The system does not match the offers that are being sent out to customers. Where is the manager? These poor kids are being left to deal with any irate/unruly customers. If the manager is going to take the day off, they should leave at least one of the employees with authorization to refund, void or change offers to match what the customer was sent. These kids were awesome in how they dealt with my issue today. If Papa Murphys is going to offer specials, then the system should match the offer. If the manager is not going to be in, they need to delegate some managerial authorizations to the employees. The only reason I gave this review 2 stars was because of the professionalism of these kids.

Fast, kind, good quality, what's there not to Like! This is the closest Papa Murphy's to us and honestly I thought Papa Murphy's was underrated but they make the experience 100% tip top. They are speedy so if you want pizza but don't particularly enjoy the other local places I definitely recommend this Papa Murphy's! Well done you guys.
I decided to order 2 pizzas, a Hawaiian (for me) and Papa’s favorite (for my husband since I don’t like spicy stuff and this one comes with jalapeño, after baking it I decided to try it, my husband told me it was really good and not spicy, after trying it I grabbed another slice and when I was about to finish it, I felt something hairy, I almost puke, it is disgusting and I can’t imagine the precautions, safety and SANITARY protocols to let something like this to happen, I’m really disgusted and upset, I couldn’t even finish my pizza and neither could my husband. I needed to leave a review right now since it’s 8:15PM and they’re closed. I’ll have to wait until tomorrow to take that and show to them.
One of our pizzas was missed, and we didn't realize until we got home. We tried multiple times to call the store and I understand they were closing, but they were hanging up on us and not accepting the call to get ahold of anybody to see what we could do to resolve the issue.

Convenient to order online and pickup. Although you need to check your order carefully before you walk out the door . A couple times someone swiped my pizza and occasionally random toppings don't match order but still excellent.
Terrible. Don't go here on weekends.Went inside to order and grabbed a couple 2 liters and cheese bread on my way to the counter. I could hear and see people in the back, and after a few minutes I called out to them. They seemed to ignore me and kept playing music and talking. None of them seemed to be in uniform. I was in there for a good 10 minutes before I put my stuff back and left.I know it's hard to find help right now, but people shouldn't be paid for actively ignoring customers.
Big papa Murphy’s fan but this one stinks. Ordered at 6 pm and came in at 645 (they said it would be 15-20 min). Walked in and nobody was at the counter, even though I could 3-4 younger guys in the back just hanging out (none of them were wearing masks, Papa Murphy’s uniforms or aprons). One came up with headphones in and didn’t even take them out. Gruffly asked if I ordered already, I told him yes, over the phone and then paid. He just turned and walked away. I asked if my pizza was ready, on the rack or what? And he just walked to the back to get dough. Another guy came up and started making a pizza and asked if I’d been helped. I told him kind of but don’t know what’s going on with my pizza. He said he’s rolling out the dough (45 min after I called they were just starting it). There was also about 4 other half made pizzas sitting on the line. The guy then started walking to the back so I asked if they could check their rack for my pizza. Turns out they had it the whole time.Got the pizza home, cooked at and it turns out they didn’t oil or spray the baking cardboard the pizza comes on because our pizza was stuck to the bottom. The ENTIRE pizza. We followed baking instructions to a T.Needless to say we will not be back.
Wouldn’t take their headphones out to talk to us, nobody was wearing a mask, didn’t have our pizza ready, and didn’t grease the white baking tray so it was stuck and inedible. Literally couldn’t even scrape it off onto a plate. They were rude unprofessional and incapable of doing the bare minimum.
Good pizza, bad hours. Apparently they stop taking orders online at 7:30 and then by the time you call the number and it’s 7:41, they also stop taking phone orders at 7:40 after you’ve listened to their message about COVID and how you should place it online. I understand having a cutoff but really 1 minute and using COVID is no longer an excuse to not run a business. Will start looking for another location like other reviewers have mentioned.
