First time ordering from here and the order was wrong. I called 3x to let them know the order was incorrect and each time they answered and hung up immediately. I had my husband call from his phone and they did the same thing to him. He continued to call multiple times and they hung up without saying anything every time. This is beyond frustrating and the absolute worst customer service.

Good GOD ! Such bad service! Was all excited for an online order and they cancelled it on me without any decency to tell me send me an email NOTHING. don't ever answer the phone. Thumbs way down. Pathetic.
I tried placing an order on line but it was not a mobile friendly site. Everytime I tried entering my information it zoomed in really close and would not recognize what I was typing.Ok, business and life is hard,save $$ where you can.So I called, i think maybe there was noise on the line on their end because I had to repeat everything 3x . They had technical issues and could not accept my credit card. Quoted me 30-40 min. 50 min later started to call. The select 2 for placed orders rang and hung up between ring 4 and 7 approximately 5 different times for me ,4 times for my husband. He then called and pressed the number for placing an order. The gentleman said it is an order taking line only he would transfer us. We were hung up on again.. at this point it has been an hour. I resign to making grilled cheese to feed my hungry toddler and teen. A unmarked car pulls up. Stops in the middle of our side street and we tell him , ' No thank you. Not your fault but it's been over an hour we have food cooking now.. That is when I see a missed call from Door Dash. Being in food service and seeing how door dashes are at restaurants, We do not use them. No offense Dashers, I admire you but....Most have no food safety awareness at best food arrives cold. They should be transparent that they need to use a third party. I feel bad that they need to and..No thank you. No wonder your website is rough..
I ordered from this location late last night. Got a confirmation email. Order never showed up. Went to the location to ask where the order was. They said it was canceled without notifying me. Worst they just started talking to someone else halfway through my question. Extremely disrespectful attitude and very infuriating when there was no communication that the order was canceled, not even when I called 15 minutes after it said the order was delivered.
The poor young man trying to run the store all alone last night from open to close (apparently all the other employees called out) was super stressed and still managed to be sweet and give good customer service. Our order was slow, but understandably so. Five stars for him. Zero stars for Papa Johns. Sorry, but a supervisor- store manager, gm, someone from another store?? Someone should have been there to help him out.
I ordered my pizza at 830 and still didn’t have it by 10:00pm honestly not even sure if it’s going to come at this point good thing I wanted to pay with cash. Waited and waited for them to never come. That’s ridiculous should have gotten dominos
Trying to contact them is a bigger waste of time than ordering from them. Listen to the negative reviews. This place is just poor. They delivered me the wrong food. Wasn’t even close to the amount I paid for. After my first call I told them I need to speak to a manager for the wrong food I just got. They hung up on me and never bother to answer after that. Instead of trying to make it right I went ahead and just got myself a full refund and kept their food, so Thanks!
We ordered over 2hrs. ago and was told 35 minutes, called back and no one can tell us where our food is at so remaking the order and called back after 35 minutes later still no food and have decided on a refund.
They do not answer their phone, disconnect calls, mess up orders, rude, hard to understand, managers do not want to speak to customers, scrimp on what they put on pizzas. Keep away from them!
Horrible customer service I places a order for delivery called after a hour of not receiving a order or phone call. Tried to call and was hung up on and never was notified of my order being canceled or anything.
