I was very hesitant to come here after looking at all the reviews. I will say that they are short staffed and it does take sometime to get your food that's why I gave it four stars. But our waitress had a positive attitude and was very attentive. I had the cheddar burger and it was amazing. The sweet potato fries was very good as well, toasty on the outside soft on the inside and they also had honey. My husband had a specialty pizza and he absolutely loved it! I definitely recommend the food here.
One of my favorite pizza joints. The pizza and chicken are always their specialties. I am so glad we went on a trivia night for the atmosphere and music were very lively!Will always go back ?
I deliver for UberEats, the service was incredibly slow, there is a severe lack of urgency, I wasn't ever greeted, I had to go to the bar to figure out what to do next. I waited over 15 minutes for an order my client ordered over 45 minutes ago and was just 1 small cheese pizza. The individual putting together the online orders was nice but why is it taking over an hour to make, prepare and send out 1 small 1 topping pizza with 1 small salad on a Wednesday night with less than 5 tables seated?
My family and I arrived for dinner after a concert. It was already late a little after 11pm. we sat at the bar and ordered some dinner and a few drinks. the food at that time is not very good but the drinks were delicious. I usually visit that restaurant once a week and I love eating the chicken wings in buffalo sauce accompanied by a delicious blue moon beer. the best for me.
This is a great restaurant. I have gone multiple times and they never disappoint. There meals taste great and the service is good. I would just recommend to have a staff near the front more often where you wait to be seated because sometimes theres nobody there.
Went there on Sunday afternoon. Waited about 5-10 minutes for a host/hostess to seat us and there wasn't one at all. No big deal went to sit in the bar area as there were only two of us. After being completely ignored by bartender for about ten more mintes we gave up and went back to the host stand. Again no one there except the wait to be seated sign. We went to a booth by other people and completely ignored by all the waitstaff as well. No idea why. No one even said anything to us. After another 10 minutes waiting at a table we left. No idea what it was all about but definitely would not recommend ever going here.

The staff is always friendly and they definitely know how to recommend a great beer. Whoever my server was, I didn't catch your name, but thank you for introducing me to that peach beer by Upslope. Delicious.
I had just left this restaurant and this is my second time giving a try after incidents with servers I’ve had. I decided to post on here instead of emailing which I have before. Me and my husband always comes to old Chicago’s on the weekends. Earlier we sat down and our server was a girl that didn’t seem interested in being our server and never checked up on us and already handed the check over while we were still eating after awhile. Not once ask if everything was okay when it wasn’t. We got a pizza that was cut wrong and there’s wasn’t enough cheese and the bottom was burnt. We payed with cash and she asked if I wanted change and I said no and the change was like $2.00 back , she was thinking I was only going to tip her that much so she gave it back and put it on the table. I was going to leave money on the table as well. But I didn’t end up tipping at all after her attitude. Not coming here again.
My daughter, her husband, and my two developmentally disabled adults went out to dinner tonight. I stayed home with my two young granddaughters. I asked my daughter to bring me back some food. I had her get me the Choppity Chopped salad, the Crafted Beer Burger, the Chicken and Bacon Mac and Cheese, and a kid's Cookie Sundae (had planned on saving half this food for meals tomorrow) . It came to $39.45 and it's the worst meal I've had in awhile.First of all they forgot to include the fries with the burger. The salad was really lame for $9.99. Super skimpy. For basically $10 the container should have been loaded. Ridiculous! The macaroni and cheese was a joke as well. No cheese on half the noodles.My daughter called about the fries and they will credit me back $3.I don't think I'll be eating there again. $40 is a lot for me. This meal was a treat... not an everyday occurrence. Super disappointing. Perhaps their done in food is acceptable but I wouldn't recommend that anyone order take- out there.
