Honestly it’s ridiculous that you would still offer Cesar sales when you completely swapped the main compartment to spring mix. It’s no longer a Cesar salad, it’s a spring mix salad with option of Cesar dressing. No longer coming to noodles as I can get my noodle craving and an actual Cesar salad at Panera. They would rather remove and ruin menu items just so the big men who own the company can live lavishly. Can’t believe how greedy this company has become.
Uptick in price makes it completely unworth it! My husband and I got full meals at Texas Roadhouse instead for WAY cheaper plus tip! This location usually does pretty good, last time they put carrots in mine that I didnt order and it totally ruined the flavor! So with the higher prices and the possibility of your $18 bowl of noodles not being made correctly I would highly suggest eating somewhere else!
Pad Thai under cooked no flavor. Just plain glass noodles. Wife extremely bothered. I'm pretty sure I ordered a zucchini pasta (being diabetic) and was given regular pasta and it was also undercooked, only given like 5 shrimp in the whole bowl. Very not worth the $20, likely won't return.
I went to the location in Broomfield to pick up a doordash order. I got there at 6:49 and was told that it would be just a few more minutes they were working on it. Other people were waiting to order and and were never helped. Food was going in-and-out of different bags being opened and added to, The kids behind the counter had no clue what food was going where or into what bag. I watched numerous people walk out. I watched people finally get their food and it was cold because it was sitting there forever. I finally got out of there with my order at 7:38. This is totally unacceptable and those kids need a lot more training.
PSA! Something has gone terribly wrong with the beloved rice crispy treats!! The are wet!!! And chewy!!! Saaaaaad day!!! So gross!!! I’m still so confused and about to be sick!
Worst meal. Pot stickers not pan seared, ick. Shrimp Pad Thai had what tasted like a 1/4 stick of butter not an ingredient btw, limp shrimp. Waited since Covid stupidity to go for this? Never again.
Came in tonight 3/25. Watched your employees take out the trash and than man handle our food without washing their hands OR wearing gloves. This company does not wear gloves. No one was wearing gloves. It was disgusting. I instantly through away my food after I witnessed the guy grab the trash and than my food, making sure to dip his thumb in the pasta. I’ll never be back. Waste of 45 dollars. Also listening to your female manager scream at customers and employees calling them idiots didn’t help either.
I went in for dinner to find out they aren't serving any of their Asian options. Super inconvenient. Their food's good so I'll give them that, but if they want my business, they need to serve the full menu open to close.
I really like this Noodles! Rarely ever have an issue and order them from Doordash all the time! Probably too much! :)
Not busy inside but still took 20+ minutes to get food, was wrong when I got it but replaced quickly.
