Nasty Manger there coke machines was down so due to that they refused to give me a refill there was no notification if you buy a Coke you're not going to get a refill the manager lied to me and said it was on the door..it's 4th of July and I can't believe they would not refill my Coke that I purchased rude people with chips on their shoulders management should be fired

I hate going to this location. Everytime you go through the drive through they get your order wrong.....and it's not even a big order OR they make you pull over for two things and there is no line.... I tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt, but it happens each time..... IF I ever want McDonald's, I will go out of my way to 94th and Federal or on Washington st..... The managers are just as snobby as the workers
TERRIBLE SERVICE!I never like going there on the weekends. The person that was taking my order you could tell she was taking to someone else. After 3 attempts to get my order wr drove off. The guy ahead of me was yelling at them also
Don't know why their not use a screen for any reason because i has rewards on my apps to use my point get free meal. The problem, I cannot use my rewards through screen. And didn't get us a order what we want. Not the right one we get what we expect.
Pulled up in the second drive-through lane and waited for three minutes till I was helped on a slow day. Drove to the first window to pay for a double cheeseburger and a large water that I was unaware I was going to be charged. Pull up to the second window to receive my order and the wait staff was munching down chicken nuggets right there at the window. I noticed that the girl was wearing a star buds sweatshirt she Musta had the munchies that afternoon. Furthermore I asked for a receipt to clarify the large water and they charge me for an iced tea. Poor poor Customer Service people don’t even have to wear a proper uniform the whole wait staff is high on marijuana they’re not functioning right I think the marijuana plays a big role at this location. Horrible horrible service especially to see somebody scarfing down burgers chicken nuggets at the drive-through window on every time you spend counts.
My order was missing items I called management to see if they would replace it next time I visited and when I came in they refused to fulfill the order and replace the missing items that I had paid for. If you go here make sure you check your bag they will forget and refuse to give you what you paid for
This location's horrible. They have a bunch of young kids working there and I'm not sure if they're not trained on how to cook meat properly but my burger was completely undercooked and my daughter didn't even have meat and her burger. So be careful at this location. Check your orders and check your meat. I've been trying to call nobody will answer and I work a lot so I wanted to get you know something quick. I'll never go to that location like I don't. I'll never eat McDonald's again. This would be the second time I've got a way undercooked burger so people please be careful.
Ok I get that this is just McDonald's, but wow! I am very impressed! First their ice cream machine wasn't working and now I'm not even mad! 1030 pm and they are fast, efficient, and I have not had a good cheeseburger line this one in so long! They actually listened to my custom order and were so polite and actually wearing masks the proper way as well. Awesome job, ladies!!
Normally I am not one to complain, but I get poor service every time I go to this location. I normally order through the drive threw and they always tell me to park in a waiting spot and then always forget about me completely. It has happened to me on 3 different occasions. Tonight I waited 30 minutes for one 10 piece chicken nugget as they got other customers who showed up after me helped.They definitely do not make me feel very important as a customer. I'll be taking my money to other locations.
I had the WORST experience here today after waiting over 15 minutes for two items a McDouble and a filet o fish the McDouble was cold and sloppy and the filet o fish was probably 3 days old and crusty! I couldn’t eat it and had to take it back for my money back so 15 minutes to wait on food I couldn’t eat and another 15 minutes to get my mo way back…when asking for a number to complain to the employees give you the run around and 3 different phone numbers to call. This is unacceptable at a McDonald’s.
